The Pacific Queen Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It had a bathtub and a living room. The pool was small and still under some improvements. The location is superb, very easy to get around (near transport hub) and in the downtown area of KL nearby important tourists' attractions (walking distance). For example the Central Market, China town, Lebuh Ampang, Dataran Merdeka, etc.

Car park is limited and small, not easy to access. Pool is small and needs improvement. Staff shorthanded during peak hours and not easy to reach via phone

Clean, well maintained, location is good - between 2 metro lines.

Wifi would just stop working at the second part of the day. Booked this hotel for gym, but it had only cardio devices and dumbbells. The guy from maintenance team was very mean when telling that the gym was closing. The other guy came to my room, opened the door without even knocking on it, just opened the door stared at me and left without any SINGLE word , not even sorry, the part of the stuff needs proper training. My room had a strange setup, so i could not use the mirror, it was in the end of strange corridor 0,5 m length between bathroom and windows on the left side, not even in front of the corridor, make sure not to take room 8117.

Everything went well, loved the place. Stayed there a few times; 2018-2023. Its simple, clean and tidy. Old and good overall. Will definately go back there again.

One unit near by room had multiple people staying in it (5-6 people for a 2 bed room) - probably staying illegally/cheap. Was noisy at certain hours but not more than 20mins. Wifi is slow but good enough for Zoom and Teams calls.

The rooftop pool is brilliant - lovely views of the city and so clean! We also enjoyed the gym - it’s basic but has all you need for a workout with air conditioning. The room was clean and spacious. Great air con

The bedsheets smelled a bit musky - they were clean but smelled as if they had not dried properly. Our kettle smelled like egg when turned on.

Very comfortable and clean modern hotel. Exactly what you expect from a big hotel with a lot of rooms. Decent gym and the pool has a great view. Very near all the main attractions.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. Friendly front desk staff.

Parking is very limited. Don't like mirror facing 1 of the beds for twin sharing. Preferably to have another door to the shower room. Water splashing out to the other while showering.

Returned to the wrong Pacific Express Hotel, the staff had the security personnel guide us back to our checked in hotel. Thank you

The sink drainage was bad. The mattress was lopsided.

Worth for money, comfortable, strategic location and with wide pool, and they having car park behind the hotel which is very much comfortable and convenient.

Check in taking time as we were in a group booked 8 rooms and there is only 1 receptionist there to handle all.

Very nice place. Excellent location. Right in the heart of China town close to everything markets and nice restaurants. Very nice view from the room of the sky scrapers. Very very good shower in the room. Would recommend.
