Location wise is very good , very near to petaling street, pasar seni & lrt stations. Clean & comfortable, ok for short stay vacation if you're only using the room to shower & rest.

No glass provided in the room to make coffee/tea, no water heater ( have to go down to lobby ), table lamp can't be use since there's no light bulb & tv keep losing connection, and wish there's a mirror outside from the toilet, since its hard having to go inside the toilet everytime i want to use the mirror. Room not too soundproof, can hear the guest next door loud laugh.

i like the price so friendly and staff so nice. but i have to complain about the cigarettes are so damn strongly smell that was make me cant sleep well that so terrible and be my bad experience

The location was great. The room was very clean and spacious.

The rooms weren't very sound proof, you can hear your neighbours talk, the doors slamming and a bit of the traffic outside.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle for the room by the time I got to my room it was brought to me with mugs within 2 mins. I also had a lovely surprise I had reserved a single room without window and was allocated a double room with window at the back of property so not much noise. The roof terrace is great they even have ash trays.AC remote in room worked great able to change temp up or down. Thank you for a pleasureable stay.

I found the transport system a little hard to follow but there again I am a 70yr old woman .The beds are hard but that suited me fine.

Pros: It's strategically located at Petaling Street, walking distance away from the famous cafes and restaurants, attractions, multiple convenient stores, bus station, KTM Kuala Lumpur & MRT/LRT Pasar Seni. Room is pretty clean and tidy with 2 mineral water bottles per day, body shampoo & disposable shower cap.

Cons: The only lift is very small and slow but luckily the stairs are quite walkable for those who are fit. The aircon in my room my quite rusty & loud. The room is basic so there's no kettle, hair dryer, table, tv, etc.

Staff is very friendly and had a nice room overlooking the street. The room was much more quiet than I thought it would be given the room was just above the traffic. Near Petaling Street if you want to be near the market. About a 20-25 minute walk to Bukit Butang and the Pavilion.

Didn’t have much in the way of housekeeping. I did manage to catch the guy in the hallway for a clean towel and more shower gel/shampoo. I was there for several days. Although the room was surface clean, I feel it needs a major deep clean.

The rooms are clean and healthy. The staff are very friendly. The owner is also very supportive and respectful. The location is perfect for food, shopping, coffee shops and moving to Kuala Lumpur. The train station is nearby. Using Grab (similar to Uber) is also very affordable if you want to go to the SURIA KLCC or the Pavillion. Haroon, in particular, at the reception desk was very helpful. If you are looking for a clean, safe and affordable place to stay in, then I think it is a great choice. Besides, Malaysians are a great people. You will always feel at home.

Nice boutique hotel which is located right next to Petaling Street/ Chinatown - Very convenient to explore the area/ lots of good food. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Water bottle provided with water dispenser downstairs in reception. Needs to press on the bell buzzer outside the hotel to be let in - good security, especially for the area that the hotel is situated at.

As it is a boutique hotel, it would be a nice touch to add coffee/tea facilities to the room. We were also unable to use the safety deposit box but was not a big deal then. Noisy - could easily hear the outside traffic especially at early hours in the morning /at night, which woke me up several times, however do note that the hotel is located at a very busy area.

With that price , you get a quite decent room. But if you are booking a single room, do expect the space is limited. The design in the room and lobby are nice. Clean and easy to stay if you are only staying for a night.

Need to take note there is no parking just outside or in the building. You need to park further at the shop the common parking space. Not suitable for family as it can be quite noisy if some guests are not considerate. You can hear footsteps and talking noise outside when guest coming back late and make noise.

Nice decorations and strategic location. Nearby bus stop and MRT LRT station. Food stalls and fast food restaurants also nearby. Roof top is suitable for OOTD and hangout. Friendly staff.

Air conditioning temperature is 16° but not that cold, need time to feel the coldness in the room but it's ok acceptable. Water from the bathroom leaking at the door area.
