1) Location is good, few minutes from KT bus terminal. 2) Facilities are good. Hot water works well, movie in TV have subtitles, safe deposit box and fridge available. 3) Friendly and helpful staff 4) Reasonable price 5) If you're a walker like me, you can walk 20mins to Drawbridge from this hotel.

1) They don't provide parking, but you can park outside with minimum charge 60cent per hour.

Close to popular attractions, 24 hours reception who were responsive, comfortable bed, kiblat direction provided

No free parking for customers (often need to re-park in the evening), no elevators (problematic for the elderly), no wardrobe (longer clothes would not hang properly), insufficient hangers

Its location is perfect as it isn't far away from Zainal Abidin mosque ,Mydin shopping mall ,eatery places n Pasar Payang

1.No lift which is unsuitable for elderly people n family with small children plus travellers with lots of luggages 2.Limited tv channels - only 3channels which were uninteresting

The most thing, the room is clean, bathroom is cute & creative, location very good & its located in the middle of city, many shop, convenient & easy to eat, near to all tourist attraction, just can walk to pasar payang, wifi connection also good & car easy to park

The hotel location was great near tourists attractions, 5mins walking distance from bus station . This hotel have water purifier machine .

The stairs is high, i carried to many things and it was a bit difficult using stairs.

Easy check-in. The location is really near to Pasar Payang. The room is minimalist and clean. The bed is comfortable.

The family room that we got was quite small. But we just stayed there as transit before going to Redang Island on the next day, so it is adequate for sleeping.

The room was clean n big, very comfortable. Its located in town so its easy n short distance to any recommended place in kt. I believe the price is reasonable n cheap considering the big, comfortable room given. Will surely become my favourite hotel to stay after this

i like the bed, so comfy. it's very clean. amenities were superb. i took the cheapest room, and there's fridge, tv, water heater and a small space for me to pray.

there's no elevator, so it'll be difficult for families with children and old people. wall is a bit thin, so i can hear people closing their door etc. but i couldnt hear people talking in their room, so that's fine.

Good customer service, room is clean. 1 Std room was upgraded.

The bathroom smells of cigarette smoke when we check in. The bathroom floor mats were not changed

Loved the room 1002, spacious & city view. It's suit for my family with 3 kiddos

The curtain was fall down & there is sound (motor sound) from the bathroom everytime using the shower. The room not sound proof. Not enough towel provided
