To be honest this is old fashioned hotel same as Colmar Bukt Tinggi kind of hotel BUT the location is VERY Strategic and save time if anyone like me who doesn't even bother trendy hotel but focusing more on activiies to visit for family/kids. I suggest this Hotel Location distance: 1.Museum Terengganu around 10minutes 2.Masjid Crystal 15minutes 3.Pasar Payang (jalan kaki also can) 3mins 4.Chinatown 5-7mins 5.Jambatan Angkat around 17minutes (delay due to traffic light) 6.Singgang Budu famous one 9mins 7.Dsuasana for nice dinner view and delicous bakar/thai style around 7-10mins 8.KTCC Mall which as big as One utama (just near to jambatan angkat soon biggest mall will be Mayang mall) GREAT for me to save distace since journey from KL to Kuala Terengganu already Long😊

Comfortable bed and good toilet. Staff is great. I think my experience was a lot better thanks to the staffs. Always provide water bottles, tissues, and change rubbish bag. Very good service from staff.

Not very clean. There are cockroaches and a lot of dust. For my room, the window is not closed all the way, can feel the heat from outside during the day. Unfortunately, no mini fridge for my room as well, not suitable for long stays.

The heater did not function properly. you should fix the heater in room 230. If the shower is slow then the heater would work but really suam2 kuku, I even try to put the temperature to the max. The pillows were fluffy but the blanket was really giving me the sneeze during my stay. Please clean your blankets carefully next time. The aircond sensor did not work well but after complaining the staff did help out.

The room facilities is acceptable. Location is good especially there are many attractions place around. Breakfast is good too and meet our expectation.

There are several equipment is old already. One of the main to repair or change is water heater piping in bathroom. It is liking and the repair work is not good enough.

The room so nice and the bed were so comfy. Location are truly amazing for the backpackers the meals quite good but suppose to provide with lunch it was great the environment was so nice coz the scenery at the back off the room are pool or sea

Hotel's parking was full. Check in a bit troublesome as the receiptionist gave a wrong room due to similar common name in the booking. Probably the best for her to check based on booking number given by Booking.com rather than checking booking's name. And room is a bit smelly and old.

The room is clean, the scenery from the hotel restaurant is also nice with a river view. The hotel is close to the Payang Market and night market around there so it's easy to buy food.

The lighting in the room was dim.. Parking was a bit crowded.

It has the best location for all over kuala terengganu . You can see china town from your room .

The toilet need to be upgrade. It’s little bit outdated
