The staff were polite and the premises were clean. Good location in the city. The standard rooms don't have washrooms though so be mindful. It's a hostel so bathrooms are shared. Good value for money.

The Chinese staff was very friendly, even though surau didn't have it , she still provided a place that muslim can pray, the toilet cleanliness was on top, this was my second time here with my friends and the service was still very good. Fyi the room is good enough for backpackers,not recommended to the family

Very recommended for budget travellers. It's the best shared bathroom hotel we had in Malaysia. The owner and all the staff are super kind and helpful. The room is small (only beds) but super clean. The shared bathroom and shared spaces too.. We saw the owner and staffs doing the cleaning and ironing. We don't often use the towel provided by hotel but here we used them. The only thing you have to know before booking is the room is very small and the wall is thin. So you can hear almost everything in the corridors. But we slept very well each night. We extended many times. Thank you owner and staff for everything.

Helpful staff, nice room, nice to have tea & coffee available plus area for eating. Room was more comfortable than I expected from the pictures.

Opening hours of the hotel were unclear to leave a backpack, bathroom were a bit unclean, lack of hooks in the room to have towels etc drying

The woman who checked us in was lovely throughout our whole stay. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning.

There isn’t much sound proofing in the building and at night it was really noisy. Our last night there was people being loud in the foyer until 2-3am.

The air conditioner is function the room is very cozy suitable for solo travel , the reception is very kind

Brilliant clean dormitory, with friendly helpful staff . Excellent location within walking distance to the bus station (if you want to visit Kapas for the day) Chinatown and Pulau Warisan. Lots of restaurants around Space Inn with a variety of food outlets. Excellent wifi signal and free coffee, rea and water supplied for free..I enjoyed my time there that so much, I extended my stay for 4 extra days.. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

It’s small but the area is so clean, have a small pantry, iron and board, a/c is working properly. Location is so good. Near the bus stesen and grab can be booked easily.

Very clean throughout and close to the centre and China town

Unfortunately in the kitchen area there is no stove to cook on and no refrigerator available. Boiling water is provided but not cold drinking water
