Location is so near to pasar payang. The room is new since it is a new hotel, they provide free flow drink at the lobby until 7pm. The room itself is clean and have a comfy bed. We like the mini bar in between our room. The aircond is super cool and quiet.

The smell from the corridor of our room which is not so pleasant and we cannot check in at 3pm because of the room is not ready. The room is ready at 4.30 pm which is so late since we're travelling from far and really need a quick rest and stretch. They only provide 3 clothes hanger which is not enough for 3 days stay. I think they sould provide more clothes hanger. Above all, i still like this hotel and definitely will come again.

Hotel yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Kami menerima layanan yang baik oleh pihak hotel. Overall we had a good experience. However, the free parking space was limited and based on "first come first serve" basis. In regards to this, the hotel actually provide a vip parking where we only had to pay rm15 per night for each parking slot. The vip parking was under the hotel's supervisions which i would totally recommend other customers to opt for vip parking. Not forget to mentioned, the hotel provide freeflow complimentary drinks which were 3 types of coffee and there were water dispenser as well. Would totally comeback since we had a pleasant stay.

There were constructions under the hotel, but it was not a big deal for us since we didnt stay in the hotel much during the evening. You would not be disrupted by the sound if you stay in higher level though.

Alhamdulillah. We had our great time staying in this hotel. Hotel staffs are very kind and friendly. My husband left his shirts in the hotel. The staff called to confirm and immediately courier the shirts the same day we checked out. Eventho no breakfast option available in this hotel, there are lots of eateries nearby. We got room facing the drawbridge. My mother and aunties also satisfied with their room (family plus). Really recommended. Reasonable price for a great stay.

We loved the convenient location, close to attractions and dining. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged, and the staff was friendly. While the facilities were minimal, they met our needs. The first-floor development promises more amenities, like a café. Though we didn't have a sea view, the viewing areas on the 6th and 7th floors were great. Parking was good, but more spaces would be a plus. We also appreciated the lounge design and the free water and coffee, which added a nice touch to our stay.

The liquid bath soap's scent could be improved.

Great view from the room (can see the sea as I stayed at level 4). The hotel contacted in advance to enquire for estimated check in time. There are parkings available for guest right next to the hotel (not covered). Room was slightly smaller but its okay as it is in the city centre. Toilet was clean and toiletries were available. Near (but not walking distance) to famous locations such as Pasar Payang and Chinatown/Turtle Alley.

Needed to pay a deposit for hairdryer although the hotel says that they offer hairdryer :( Iron and ironing boards were also to be shared at the common area rather than available at own room.

Netflix couldn’t connect to the wifi (only had trouble with the TV connecting to the Netflix, but can still watch Netflix on laptop or mobile phone)

The location of the hotel, which is within a 15-minute walking distance to the famous Pasar Payang and a branch of the Nasi Dagang Atas Tol stall. Clean room with a complete set of toilet amenities. The room is worthy for the price paid. The air-conditioning system worked well. I like!

There is a limited parking area of approximately 20+ lots behind the hotel meant for its guests. If you can't find a lot here, you would probably have to park along the entrance to this parking area. A shared ironing board is provided at the end of the corridor of each floor.

Strategic location (centre of Kuala Terengganu) Nearest to attraction spot like: 5 min Drawbridge 10min Beach 4 min Pasar Payang 15min Keropok Warisan Losong 4 min Restoran Singgang Budu 4 min Suerasa Nasi kerabu 30 min Warung Pok Nong 20 min Masjid Kristal The room is super clean and neat. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I'm very happy during my stay and I will recommend to my family and friends.

As we had arrived on a Thursday evening, we could park on the road in front of the hotel and not worry about paying for parking the next day as Friday was considered a weekend there. There were a lot of food places nearby. The staff could speak in English and was very hospitable. The view from our room was great being able to see the bridge, which was especially beautiful at night with its changing colours. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable as well. The room temperature was easy to adjust to our liking. There was also a TV in the room that could connect to Netflix and Youtube so that kept us entertained for a bit.

The hotel's parking space was full and when we got a spot to park, it was really tight for a D-segment car. We ended up going for parking opposite the hotel instead as it felt less of a hassle parking.

New hotel. Strategic location - center of Kuala Terengganu. Easy to go to interesting places such as Pasar Payang, Draw Bridge, Masjid Kristal etc. Near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol-Bandar. Just 1.4km away - 3 minutes drive~ Thank you for the water and free flow coffee at lobby. Not forget candies at reception desk. Ironing facilities is available on the same floor. Outside the room. I'm okay with that. :) Thank you for the prayer mat provided. Ease us to perform solat.^^ Nice view and scenery with landmarks - Draw bridge. We love it!

It would be better if the hotel provides footwear in front of the toilet door.
