strategic location, in the middle of the town, near Kuantan Tower & street art. the hotel very comfortable, the bed nice, the room spacious with that price i dont think we will get at another hotel. the pressure water at toilet is nice, got water heater & functioning well. most impressed is the tv channel are all work well compared to the established hotel ive check in before. deposit is rm100 & will return upon check out. c/in c/out went smoothly. i dont think i can get another hotel cheap & comfortable like this.
oh theres no hotel car park & we need to park at our own risk but many car park nearby. still ok i guess

The receptionist is good. The room quite spacious for family room with 2 bathroom though the bathroom is quite narrow. The location near to many restaurants but for dinner,they closed before 8pm.
Please provide us small fridge , we need it we stay for a few days. Please provide more pillows for family room.

The location is near to kuantan river and the Menara Teruntum Kuantan. Near coffee shop too.
Room quite small and they give me single bed. Expect at least queen bed but i dont really mind because need for sleep only

its a good location, almost all essential needs in walking distance. the staff is very helpful n willing to go extra length to meet my requirements. the wifi is great. room and toilet is clean. they do have their own parking space but limited.
