Location , the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The security team and concierge efficient and respectful towards guest .

My room was not clean and tidy on my second day stay. The rubbish was not taken out. My finished meal dishes was left on the table from morning till I came back late night and was informed by receptionist that the dishes has to place outside the door for the coffee house team to collect . But to me, the housekeeping team SHOULD take them away because how did the housekeeping team clean the table top. Toilet was not clean by them as there was stains of tooth paste in the sink.The bed sheet was not properly done . The floor was not vacuum as our feet can still feel the sand . Overall the housekeeping team are trying to finish the job but leaving a very bad image to the guest and hotel.

Breakfast area is little crowded for the many guests. Staff was not able to help clear up an issue with a wrong booking: Essentially while standing at reception indicating that I would like to extend my stay, I was told to make another online booking. Being hasty, I accidentally booked the same night twice. To sum it up, things could not be resolved and I had to book again directly with reception (which should have been offered to me from the beginning). Well, perhaps it was all to human and a misunderstanding. Still, I lost time and money dealing with this. The various people on the team I spoke to were friendly but ineffective.

The location is near waterfront. It's just 10 to 15 mins walk to padungan or the carpenter street. I love the room. Is huge. The bed is really comfortable. The shower water pressure is high and good. The room was clean. I have the room with the riverside view. Love this hotel alot.

If i have to share something i didnt like then it will be this story. I was there after the check-in time abt 2.50pm but was told that the room is not ready due to some late checkouts. I was told that the room will only be ready after 3pm and they will call me when the room is ready. But I didnt received any call from them.

Twin riverview room has excellent vista of the river scene. Good size and space and bed area for our family of four and very good central location. Great, well stocked buffet with beautiful view of river. Staff were accommodating in spite of booking confusion.

Was given the wrong room type compared with our booking. The room we were given initially, had scaffolding outside the window blocking the view of the river. We were unaware that the facade was undergoing renovations. Fortunately, the new room had an unobstructed view. Toilets in both rooms kept running. Parking is available underneath but can be difficult if no spaces are available.

The staffs at Reception was very good and helpful. Complements to Mr Awang and Ms Adelai Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but fair enough because it was during CNY holiday. The breakfast was very good although not much choice. We came early to avoid crowded at the restaurant. Generally we are very satisfied with the services and facilities.

Car parking was full. Rubbish at B1 near the elevators were not collected when we arrived.

The superb view early morning when everything is still fresh. It was also amazing looking the view differently from morning. I'm an early bird kind of person so everytime I travel the first thing I'll always be looking forward to is seeing the view of the morning.

This time round my travel to Kuching the weather was almost rainy most of the times. Which I don't mind much anyway.

This is my first experience staying at this hotel, and firstly, i would like to compliments the staff at this hotel, they are very friendly, approachable and respect their guest. the food are good. the are varieties of selection for breakfast and the ala carte for lunch its good. will come back for their fish & chip-its good. the room - its clean, spacious and well maintain.

The parking in the premise are very limited numbers. i really wish that there are ample parking space and a pool, so this hotel will be my weekend gateway

everything was ok.

I asked if i can stay longer in the hotel. they women on the desk said, that’s fully booked. after i checked to do the online reservation who proofed that it had space for the time i wanted to continue..

Very comfy room, amazing view of the river. Loved being nice and central, wandering the river side and sight seeing easily, both day and night :)

Had some confusion of how to check in, as I arrived later at night.. But you just need to take the elevator or escalator up to the concierge :)
