Location was great as it is just at the riverwalk with walking distance to Carpenter St, Riverfront, etc.

Insufficient parking space

We stayed 2 nights upon our return from Sri Aman. We had a big twin room on the 12th floor. We chose Harbour View hotel for her location. She's a few minutes walk to the Chinese museum. There we can board the free bus 103, operated by Kuching Metro. This bus runs every 2 hrs, stops at major shopping malls, heritage trail, the airport, Kuching Sentral bus terminus and of course the Semenggoh Wildlife Center. Super location.

This time the staff attitude was poor. Upon check out we informed the room air-conditioning had a malfunction, the toilet flush system was flushing non stop. The receptionist didn't seem to respond to our report.

Harbour View Hotel has a great location, very close to the waterfront and all amenities. The harbour view from my room was spectacular. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water and the water pressure in the bathroom were very good. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

The WiFi does not work everywhere in the hotel. I was moved to another room because the room I was initially given did not have any WiFi connection. Also, the fridge in my second room did not work. However, all in all, my stay in the hotel was very comfortable.

The hotel is strategic, close to the waterfront. Breakfast is decent. The room is really spacious and has basic amenities, including iron, toiletries and room slippers. I enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend this to my family and friends.

I found that the room carpet was a bit dirty and needed to be vacuumed. And I'm not sure what was wrong with the Wifi, it didn't work throughout my stay so I had to use my data instead.

Very cozy apartment close to the river waterfront. Good position, friendly staff.

Our first room was at the back and during the night there was a lot of noise. We requestsd to change the room and they found a much better solution moving us to the left side of the building (we very appreciated)

Room including bathroom is clean. But I would prefer a hose with bidet. Location is strategic, close to the water front and bazaar. The first 2 breakfast I was in a rush and didn't spent a lot of time to enjoy the food. The last breakfast- I could eat in peace, the food and ambience were good.

Toilet should have bidet with hose. We are born with different anatomical sizes.

My 2nd time in here and the location is accesible. The room is clean,staff is friendly and i shall come here again. Just a short walking distance to Darul Hana Bridge and it is just so easy to walk to the restaurant,museum,bazaar.I would highly recommend this hotel.

I do hope for a 24 hours laundry machine nearby

This hotel is within close proximity to the Main Bazaar and Chinatown area. I have used it on several occasions over the last 14 years.. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Wi -Fi is a little unreliable.

Comfortable bed. I had a view of the river from my room. TV with cable. Loved that they provided a proper kettle instead of one of those coffee makers for pods. Just around the corner from the hotel is Green Hill Corner coffee shop with lots of good hawker stalls which usually sell out just after lunch. There are stalls serving the local sarawak laksa and kolo mee.
