Front office staff helpful and friendly. Clean bedroom though a bit dated. Location near to eatery outlets and restaurant. Even the hotel cafe is a popular spot for dining. Parking lot ok. Aircon good cooling.

Need some maintenance in the bathroom. Pipe leaks. Shower casing a bit hard to press to let the shower cream flow. I think time to refurbish the room or all the rooms in the hotel to remain competitive. No lift so not recommended to those with knee problem. Not sound proof and nxt door noises can be clearly heard.

The room is very clean, friendly staff, and the location is very strategic. Also cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Don't have much to complain about, perhaps just an 'ick' which the air conditioner in my room only directed towards one bed. So the other family member got some cool air while my side of bed didn't receive any cool air conditioning 🤣 so it's very hot to sleep.

The staffs are friendly. The ikan pipus (I ordered combo B) at the ombak cafe downstairs was good even though it was a bit spicy.

It was hard for us to find grab car that want to send us to the hotel. Especially at 5:30pm onwards, perhaps because of the location. Other than that everything is good.

Staff was always friendly & helpful. My request for a preferred room was fulfilled i.e. facing frontage.

The bathroom was not very clean. You could see black molds on floors, corners & walls have marks. Pls improve on this. There was no bath cream/ gel/ soap. Luckily I brought my own.

The breakfast is not included. There is separate cafe below the hotel. The location is good, there is food place everywhere within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room is not satisfying. There is still hair below the bed when checked in. The shower and toilet is quite good except that heater did not work as it should.

The bed is nice and the room is ok. Tv function well despite often lost signal. 😂 No wifi in the hotel i guess except in their cafe.

The floor is sticky. And few strains of long hairs can be found on the floor. Maybe the cleaners. I don't know.

location is good with few eatery nearby. within walking distance to city and padang merdeka. Very friendly, gently and helpful front desk. Good memory. Room is big.

Room lighting could have improve a bit. some minor repair work on furniture and bath room corner.

Helpful and friendly staff

No railing at the common ironing board to hang ironed clothes. A small one would do so that we can iron a few pieces one go. Perhaps to further improvement, to fix a chair lift at the stairs to assist those who need them. So more guests can stay at the hotel.

I like the room, very spacious even though it’s for 2 people. If you’re staying at the interconnected room, it’s not that soundproof. You can hear other room’s noise from your room. Staffs are really friendly and easy to communicate with. The staff even helped me to print out my boarding pass & allowed us to check out at 1 pm because we need to pray first. Despite having a poor water heater, the air conditioner was working perfectly. Glad the staff informed us first about this. Overall, good experience for 5 days at this hotel.

The usage of solar panels is good for our environment, however it’s a bit disturbing since i came to Kuching on a rainy season so there were days that i can’t take a shower using a hot water. Also, in my room, there was a stain of a drink (?) on the floor. It’s completely fine because it’s at the entrance so i usually had my shoes on.

Just one comment is about aircond in the room not cold.. next time please service the aircond or change a new one ..
