great facilities

got the 2 bed 3 people room. beds were king size however the room was so HOT and when we to stafff they explained that the air-conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the large room and there was nothing they could do we were in so sleeping was not a good experience at all.

Location is just across the road from the airport. Room was modern styled and clean, with a ceiling fan that could be used instead of the air conditioning.

Breakfast was cold. Nobody on the egg station. Plates not removed from table once they were used.

- Noise from outside is significant when you have a room with the airport view. - Restaurant in the hotel is rather average.

We like the room and kitchen looked modern and have many lights. The lounge area near the in-house restaurant is pretty and very relaxing. Breakfast is commendable and the restaurant have good space. Swimming pool and the surrounding is also wonderful, hope the hotel will keep it clean and always maintain it. The most awesome is the complimentary rides to and from airport, it was so convenient and we don't mind to tip the drivers. Also it is a great idea to enable us to park our car there while we're abroad, but hopefully you'll be able to assure good security as well around the hotel area so we are more confident to leave our car there. A great experience will make us come back....thank you Jinhold :)

The lift can be slow. Maybe restaurant servers can smile a bit more to make us feel welcome.

The Bathroom needs to be cleaned, the mold at the sink and also the wall seems to have black mold. Please do proper cleaning next time.

Well appointed property. Upmarket. Great proximity to the airport and was able to store car there for the time we were away in a safe place. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was lovely and I would stay there again.

Restaurant staff were not that enthusiastic. Food was also semi warm and not hot. Hotel messaging system with Booking.com was allegedly hacked so I landed up paying 3 times for this booking. According to the hotel, this has happened to a few people and booking.com is aware. After numerous messages to Booking.com they keep promising to resolve but they never get back to me.

We booked the apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment was spacious. All three bedrooms are comfortable to stay in. Very clean and cozy. Also, all room have their own bathroom. This hotel has complete facilities for guess to use. There even have laundry room for us to do laundry. The infinity pool is spectacular. Location wise, it is located opposite for the airport and they provide free airport shuttle.

But one of the bedroom nearby kitchen, aircon is not cold. Luckily there is ceiling fan. Also, the room and bathroom are very dimmed, difficult to find good lighting for putting on makeup. During night time, the bathroom is kinda eerie with the soft dimmed light. Overall, we are satisfied staying in this hotel.

Love the facilities that were provided.There were comfortable waiting space that has vending machine and some books near the restaurant.they have washing machine,and laundry at the same floor with the swimming pools and the gym.and vending machine too.the rooms were great.The staff were great.Very helpful.Convenient when you have meetings and straight fly as the airport were just across the street.

The tv doesnt have any channels on. Every channel were all static.Mybe different for every rooms. Be patience with our sarawak weather.it get hot/warm.understandable. Soundproofing the room is gladly recommendable in the future cause me no want to hear gawk2 while I am relaxing 🤣 lets be real here. No hard feeling just a suggestion.

The hotel and room condition was still similar during Pre-Covid years. We always stay here to catch up our flight at Miri airport which is just a 3-minutes drive across the street. Parking space in the hotel basement with free return shuttle service to airport is available for flight travelers from Miri airport at RM38 per night. Room is clean and no funny odour. Food is always good. Their laksa Sarawak is one of the best. We stayed here more than few times before Covid but only during this latest stay that we know the hotel have self service free laundry and dryer facilities. Receptionists are friendly.
