The room was very spacious for three adults and one child. I like how everything was neat and tidy. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier than the usual check in time. We thoroughly enjoyed the Laksa Sarawak. We tried a few in town, but none compared to the one served at Hotel Nur. We would recommend Hotel Nur to our friends and family who are visiting Miri. The location is ideal, and the coin laundry is only 2 minutes away.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel

Stuff was very helpful, deluxe room was very nice and specious. Hotel is very clean, cleaning lades always adjusted to us with cleaning hours.

What was not clear to me from description is that Standard rooms have no windows. If you want a window in your room, you need a deluxe room.

- bear in mind we got our rooms at a good rate via booking.com, so it was really value for money. - initially booked for 1 night only, we ended up extending to 4 days and 3 nights. - carpark is ample in front of the hotel. But dont forget to pay the (cheap) parking fee. - very good hotel for muslims - walking distance to Times Square, and very near the city centre. - rooms are clean and everything just works perfectly. - myDobi just 5mins walk away!

Surprised, the hotel is better than I thought, the room seemed bigger. The location, difficult to find better. However, the big problem is the WiFi, very bad. The staff tried to improve the connection, but it only lasted for a while. for this I give 2 for WiFi.

These days, I think WiFi is a necessary evil. Too bad, I was very disappointed despite the help of the staff.

Great facilities and location. The staff were extremely helpful when I had an issue with my wifi connection.

My original booking turned out to be for a room without windows which had not been made clear on Booking.com. I was able to move to a lovely room with windows but it was to additional cost.

Big and comfy bed nice shower

when we arrived they told us they are sold out even though we already booked our room. They told us we should call some number?! We said that we already paid the price online, so they somehow gave us a room upgrade and we could stay nonetheless. Bit confusing but worked out well in the end.

The friendliness and the patience of the front desk when we checked in. It was already late due to long hours of queuing at the border, the front desk still patiently waiting, smiling by giving his best to check us efficiently.

This was our second time here. Well located and friendly, they helped us sort out transport to Brunei (there is no bus). They also took care of some baggage for us when we took a side trip to Mulu. Overall great place and I would book here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful . Will stay again if cheaper. Location is good walking distance to many places.
