Excellent location next to a megamall, behind there's an excellent coffee shop with really good local breakfast fare. Staff are super friendly and helpful, ample sockets in the room for gadgets. Spacious, clean bathroom. Comfy pillows, i slept very well. They named the rooms after states of malaysia, so instead of remembering numbers, just remember names of states (get to know malaysia better and good geography lesson for kids)

No lift. Wasn't a big problem for me, but those with small children, the disabled or elderly will find it difficult to climb stairs. Shower head had a bit of problem (water was spraying in all directions). Don't expect a fantastic view (my room faced the careash next door).

Friendly staff, loving the names of the rooms, provided filtered water & ironing facilities on my floor. The room was small but cozy, aircond did its job. The ensuite bathroom was simple but most importantly clean! Bed & pillows were comfortable too.

It was a bit dusty on the window area and TV area, it could use a wiping moment. Thats all.

Location excellent nearby mall and other shops. The staffs are very friendly..they allow us to change with a good room.And in the future booking..they give a good options that I can request again the room that we stayed .

Bathroom which had a bad drainage..pls repair it so that no bad smell from.the bathroom.

Room is clean, tidy and adequate space. the toilet is clean. Nice location as my course is at Meritz hotel, just few steps away. Friendly and helpful staff.

the shower head is slightly loose, it will dropped upon turning off the tap, but not a big issue, if can be fixed then will be perfect.

- bed is clean - toilet is clean - bathroom is clean (small area but ok) (shower gel provide) - Tv Channel is entertaining (10 channels) - 4 water bottle provide - aircon is cold enough - hot water shower available - enough hooks - near to bintang mega mall

- no toothpaste when asked (poster is joke) - no coffee and tea - bedroom sink pipe leak - socket is high for water heater kettle so we have to extend with 2 shoe boxes.

the place is close to bintang megamall, which is the favorite mall for us Bruneians

Still thingking what haha maybe nothing, but i was wake up at 2am because of my son said there is a crockroch which is come from toilet. Its make me watch out for fear that cockroaches will appear again haha

- The room is clean, comfortable and pleasant. - The receptionists are friendly and polite. - Excellent location. It's literally next to Bintang Mega Mall.

- There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. But it would be great if the hotel can provide a mini fridge in each room.

I have been staying at Walk Inn for quite a while now. Any bookings will be with Walk Inn as they are convenient, good location and good customer service. I had a good time there with my family.

Unfortunately during my recent stay, the wifi did not reach us, it is connected but it keeps on getting disconnected.

The breakfast is very near, it was just right back at the inn, it was a very good exercise between the walk also it is savings for the of oil transportation

It just that when going inside, the atmosphere is so quiet.... Might good to play a slow music or piano with below half of the volume

Affordable, clean & near to the shopping mall. Car parking is very safe because of its private area. I park opposite the lobby counter. They can see my car so I'm not worried about leaving it outside.

No kettle provided to make tea or hot drinks in the room. And no fridge too. You can hear loud & clear people outside talking/laughing after they come back from outside late midnight which makes your sleep interrupted.
