I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the room was really nice and spacious. The bathroom was super clean and tidy. The bed was big enough for a queen size, which was great. The best part is it's close to a McDonald's drive-thru, perfect for quick bites.

Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. The Wi-Fi was a total letdown. It was almost impossible to connect, and when I finally did, it was as slow as a tortoise. Watch out for the bathroom floor; it's like an ice rink. You might want to pack some non-slip slippers. Don't count on traditional TV channels; they don't exist here. You're stuck with whatever you can stream on the smart TV using their shaky Wi-Fi. One major bummer was that they did not give any heads up about the pool being closed for maintenance. Parking was a bit of a headache too. It's first-come, first-served, and there's not much space. There is no iron or ironing board in the room, so pack wrinkle-free clothes.

Tiles at the toilet are a bit slippery , so be careful No kitchen - sink etc Ventilation in the toilet No airport transfer at the moment but you can use grabcar (pricing around RM 14 to RM 19 for 6pax depend on your luggage)

only the swiming pool

no complete facilities, no iron, no comb, no shave no cotton bud, no extra plastic for us to throw rubbish, rubbish bin to small.. i think all the facilities need to be give just incase customer forgot to bring those..the swimming pool but to crowded..and as per person contact in email, the swimmimg pool on weekend is earlier 9am til 10pm..but 9 am we were there but waiting so long end up the worker say 10am.. the airconditioner not functionable, still hot..even we left it open the whole day still hottt

Close to the city. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Area is clean and comfortable. Close to Boulevard Mall, about 5 mins by car. Pool is big and under a roof so not expose to the sun. There's a private clinic on the same building just in case there's an emergency.

Pool water is too cold and not enough towel provided, I have to go back to my unit to fetch my own towel. There's no locking mechanism on the sliding bathroom door.

Good stay with good value of money. Very good breakfast with varieties options. Basement parking provided. Love the perfume and the interior design of the lobby. Good size of swimming pool especially kids pool has sort of jacuzzi style. The gym only has 2 equipment; treadmill and 1 more. McDonalds is walking distance from the hotel.

Far away with the city centre about 6-10 minutes drive but close to Saberkas Night Food Market.

The front offce staff ,the housekeeping staff and also the security guard very friendly & helpful . They did an excellent job. im very satisfied and happy during my stay.. Very recommended as this place is a very nice place to stay.

The room not sound proof as we can hear people outside the room talking , walking all.... Overall, everything was fine.

- tv wifi (?) we cannot watch the tv while stayed in here due to wifi connection didnt working .. i guess. 😂 - the hot water (shower) not working. 🥹🥶

The staff was very friendly. The room was large and the view was quite lovely. The WIFI quality was excellent! Me and the kids enjoy watching Netflix & Youtube from the smart TV, Its a quite good to have this type of facilities when you staying with the kids! Best sunsets might been seen from the top floor which is where the indoor swimming pool located. We loved our stay here and surely we’d come back anytime. Highly recommended

Love the swimming pool, outstanding view and the water is very clean. The room is very good but i was given a room with no outside view, very clean and can watch netflix. It was not hard to find parking too, very nice area.

The aircond is fixed at 24C, the remote only got on and off function. Took very long time to make the room cool. They should give the wifi password when check in, need to go down again and ask for password.

The other facilities are all good. Just a suggestion perhaps your side can prepare one medium table at living room so that it is more comfortable to chit chat and watching TV while having food and drinks.

I did not expect that the toilet has no lock, especially like us that stayed together with friends. The door has no lock and still got a gap where you still can see inside while passed by. It was disappointing for us.
