Near the city. And the price is reasonable.

I dont like the guy staff wearing spec. Because when i pay my other payment for the second night plus with $100 for guarantee. The other payment is $248 + $100. Then i pay $400. He should pay the change $52. But he didnt give me back the money without telling me he got no chance. He should inform but he didnt until i said where is my chance then he tell he got no chance. Next time u should inform that u dont have chance rather then u didnt tell me.

Location is good, wireless walk is just outside the hotel and it is very vibrant at night with all the stalls and streetfood. It is also walking distance to the imperial mall as it's just across the street. The hotel staff are efficient and welcoming. The rooms are clean and generally an ok size

Lots of wear and tear can be seen especially in the toilets Since the hotel is in a prime area, it can be noisy at night from the karaoke that can be heard from the nearby entertainment centres. Not too much of a problem for me and my partner as we aren't light sleepers but something for you to consider before booking

The bed is quite small. I thought it’s a normal queen size bed. My bad. 😅 I can’t even book two separate rooms because my kids still don’t want to sleep separately so yeah sardine it is for the four of us haha 🤣 One more, the sink. The water seems clogged but the housekeeping said it just takes time to drain 😅

Miri is a small city. Kingwood’s location is excellent. Walking distance to food, coin laundromat and 3 malls. Pillows are firm and beds are comfy. Single bed is rather small in size but overall comfortable. Hotel provided electric kettle and bottled water.

Hotel lobby has a strange faint sewage smell. Can definitely be improved on.

Location was good, walking distance to imperial shopping mall and variety of food choices. Bed was comfy to sleep on (no backache).

No secure parking, it's street parking.. need to pre-scratch the next day parking coupon.. you need parking ticket for Mon-Fri, otherwise you get fine for no parking ticket.

The location is very strategic. As it near to laundry , restaurants and even the Kek lapis shop right in front of the hotel. the room is very comfy and clean

There is some problem with the apps or hotel or bank which I has been charged earlier and deduct from my account eventhough I put at the payment section ‘Pay at property’. There no solution yet as hotel have to wait their account to check with the bank regarding the transaction. Will need to follow up regarding my case here for refund pf the earlier charge which is RM158

Appreciate the thoughtfulness of a hot towel and welcome drink on arrival. Overall, a surprisingly pleasant stay given the price. Access to various eateries nearby made this place a steal. Highly recommended and will be back.

There were mold stains on the grooves in the bathroom. Nothing too critical, but would appreciate if the hotel could look into it.

In miri I noticed most hotel did not focus so much on tge convenience fr guests luggage dropped for check in..most guests drive thier car and need time to unload n it's not convenient for other road user...

very clean and comfortable room. check in was fast and smooth.

wish we could bring back their hand soap and shower gel for free. they smell really good. this is the first time we encounter that we have to pay for hotel toiletries.
