The staff forgot to tell us about the breakfast services that was included for our stay so we had to call them to inquire. The staff didn't provide information about parking nor inquire whether we used the parking at the hotel parking lot. When we came at night, the barrier gate was open so we went in. But after checking out, the barrier gate was closed so we had to go back to lobby to ask about it since we didn't have a card. They had to call security to personally open the barrier gate to let us out

very clean! breakfast worth the money as well as it has a lot of choices! would love to come back again and tey out their dinner 🤌🏻

we requested for an extra bed and it was dirty. we didnt bother to ask for a change of sheet as it was already 10pm. we requested the bed during check in only to receive it just right before bed time. because it was dirty, we didnt even get to use the bed so that was a waste of money. although, if we were to ask for a bedsheet change, i think they would do it without complain as the staff there were nice. they were just understaff on that day so we, on the other hand, dont want to over complicate stuff 😂

I like the view of the Hotel from inside as we could sightseeing the River, Sea and City View from our 14th Floor Room. The best thing about the hotel as well was, the parking lot is so much spacious, the lobby was so beautiful and clean and tidy as whole perimeter. The staff was quite pleasant in serving us as the guest. I'm definitely will go there again with my wife. Cheers! - ZH1606

It's actually nothing much to say about it. However, I feel so frustrated on how late the staff in taking care of their guest request. As we have requested to combine our double bed during our 1st day ( check-in). But luckily they did notified that they already came to do it, but the lights of "don't disturb" appear on our door, we don't want our room to be entered when we went out for errands. But yeah, that's pretty much about it. but overall - I love staying there.

Modern ,nice, bright, airy, clean rooms. Toothbrush was provided on top of the other basic amenities. Smooth check in & out. Check in handled well by Nicholas when there was some confusion. Gave us rooms on same level. Twinbeds were huge & comfy..Direction of Qiblat was clearly labeled. Breakfast food & room service food was tasty.

Croissants were placed separate corner near entrance which we missed until upon leaving. So it would help if they/some were placed near the other buns. Room service food came a bit late ;separately & So were the towels my husband asked for. The a/conditoner was not as cold. Not enough desks or counter to put our things. Laundry plastic was not provided. Parking ticket problematic when trying to exit but security was quick to help out.

The staff was very hospitable. The room was large and the view was quite lovely. The breakfast crew managed by Mahadir was professional and courteous at all times. The breakfast was diverse, with a good balance between European and Asian choices. We especially loved the laksa and the sambal. The tv would not work during rainstorms but if you bring an HDMI cable, you can easily stream nearly any streaming service you may have subscribed to. The wi-fi quality was excellent. We could work and get entertained watching streaming channels without any issues. The executive lounge at level 24 is worth trying. The best sunsets might be seen from level 24. We loved our stay here and we'd come back anytime. The pastries on the ground floor are also excellent.

This is not a representation of the hotel staff or policies, but in a hotel, with a "no smoking" policy there is a very relaxed attitude towards the smokers. A few nights we felt smoke in the room and imagined a fire somewhere, but alas no, the guests were smoking in their bathrooms and the smoke would spread through the ventilation system in other rooms, like ours. At the pool bar suggest you get a table close to the bar so the smoke would blow down the wind, so to speak, and if you're having dinner you may get a "healthy" breeze as well. The pool bar has a "no smoking" sign, but being outside it seems to be ignored, and ashtrays are nearly always present on the tables, encouraging the smokers to pollute everybody else's space.

Been staying here for third times now and as usual fascinated by the spectacular sea view. Also, the staff always try their best to accommodate our needs. E.g. free front entrance parking due to unavoidable reason and late check out (As I checked in very late) but then again it's none of their problem BUT they hear me and gladly provided me with the privilege at no additional costs that I highly appreciated. Lastly, thank you very much for the room upgrade from twins standard room to executive king.

I think the room is always vacant as it's quite dusty we keep on sneezing but all in all i would rate 1000/10

The room that we booked was bigger than we'd expect it to be which was a bonus for us! The bed is so so comfortable we truly had a good night's sleep. The bathtub was big enough for an adult. The view is great, we love the sunlight coming into the room early in the morning. Although the curtains are blackout curtains - so no worry! Overall, we had an excellent stay.

The room was slightly dusty when we entered especially around the corners, shelves and mirrors - maybe they could pay extra attention to this as some people are a bit allergic to dust.

Ideal Location. Breakfast dishes were average, can be further improved with better choices and selection to suit Asian and Western (Fusion).

1. Both toilet/ washroom located at the lobby were dirty, wet & unpleasant smell. No cleaners were seen around/ station. Should have done better with the sanitation. 2. The lightings in the room were dimmed. Not bright enough and can be better control with aesthetic style. 3. The beds were too small for queen size more like super single size. We made a booking for a big room for 2 queen size beds unfortunately not to our expectation.

The breakfast was excellent especially the danish tarts. Couldn't get enough of them. The variety of food was excellent. There are American breakfast, nasi lemak, sarawak laksa, congee, salad etc. I love the environmentally friendly amenities.

I feel that there is not enough lightning in the room. Second thing that could be better is when we had to order dinner in the room. There was no table. Only the writing table and only one chair. My most crucial complaint has to be the bed. It was hard as a rock. I had a hard time trying to sleep.
