Perfect location. Spacious room. Unusual furniture but we liked such style and design.

As it was mentioned many times it is really very noisy from 7 till 10-11 pm. I don’t know how the government of this area allows such performers so loud and so late knowing that this is touristic zone where people would like to relax. It is not a fault of the hotel. We’d like to have one more small towel for face and hands. It would be great to have sockets near the bed, bed lamp and any shelf near the wash-basin.

Booked a Seaview room for 1. Room had 3 beds, 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. Living area was very large and L shaped with plenty of light and access to a balcony. Fridge, and kettle provided. Bathroom was more like a wet room with the shower on the wall between the sink and toilet - ok for me but not ideal for multiple people as everywhere gets soaked! Staff were friendly and helpful. Located centrally with easy access to shops and restaurants. Beach just across the road.

The bathroom wasn’t ideal but served it’s purpose. The main entrance to the building was left open (propped open) during the day. As a solo traveller I would have preferred it to be closed as the reception was separate and didn’t have a clear view of people coming and going. There weren’t any bedside tables or lamps.

I think I am so lucky to choose Paretto Seaview Hotel as a first-time visitor to Langkawi. Kuah and Pantai Chenang seem the most bustling downtowns in Langkawi. In my opinion Pantai Chenang would be better to hang out at night ( Especially laying down and watching the fire dance on the beach for a while becomes one of my memories during the 3 day trip in Langkawi.) It's a huge 3-floor building. I stayed on the 2nd Floor and still can see the wonderful sunset seaview from the window. Meanwhile it keeps a good distance from the square. The room is so large and satisfied. It is equipped with security box, table, balcony, airer, sofa, free parking lot, etc. There is a laundry just near the hotel.

I made the reservation on Dec. 24, 2023 for my trip during Feb 21-25, 2024, but unfortunately when arriving the frontdesk told me only twin rooms are available. : ( I hope to get a Queen room next time! The hair dryer is slow and the TV is really out of date : ( The Hotel shower heads are slow : (

It far exceeded my expectations (given the price). The location is extremely central, overlooking the main street of Cenang, in the heart of the action, and we even had a sea view fro the balcony. The room was enormous, with a living room, bathroom and separate bedroom, and although the building itself is a bit shabby, all the furnishings, etc, were in very good nick. Although sparingly furnished, we had all we needed - a safe, kettle, hair-dryer, etc, and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It may be a simple hotel but the services provided were excellent. Receptionists were very helpful & attentive! We even got a room upgrade as well. Receptionists are always ready to help out and even recommended us which tours to go for! They also kept us posted whenever the tour driver arrives! Location is superb & convenient too. Worth the money you paid for!

Rooms are a little sandy, but then again the hotel is located near to the beach, is understandable.

stayed in 213 … great view and everything was to our liking. We will surely stay here again without doubt

the water pressure in the bathroom was not strong… did feedback on checking out to the front seat. hopefully it’s attended to. Helps the next guests staying there.

The location of this hotel is right in the center of Chenang beach. It's very happening from 7pm till midnight. Just a walking distance to the near by food outlets. Walking distance to the Water World Langkawi. Walking distance to the food truck area which start operation from 6pm till midnight. There are plenty of Duty Free shop just from the hotel. Walking distance to the Chenang Mall. If you want to go for the sunset cruise, it's just RM7 - RM8 from the hotel to Resort World Langkawi by Grab. It's very convenient. At night they have fire show at the Chenang beach, also a walking distance from the hotel. Everything is just a walking distance. The hotel also provide motorcycle for rent. It's RM30 for 24 hour. So, if you are looking for an adventure to go further, you can rent the motorcycle. So, you can ride to Dataran Lang on the other side of the island.

Great location - right next to the main square of Pantai Cenang, on the main road, next to the beach - cross the road and the square, and you are there, about 100m. Friendly staff. Perfectly clean and spacious - I had a deluxe seaview studio, and I think that's recommendable; most other rooms seem to be facing an interior courtyard with a wall on the opposite side. Very spacious studio, beautifully furnished. Fridge, belcony facing road, square and beach - two more assets. Separate room with toilet, washbasin (only one water tap, a bit old-style) and shower (in the room, but works fine). Good seafood restaurants nearby, up the road; my favorite was Palm View.

Not the propriety's fault - but it's very noisy until about midnight, from all the activities on the square (superheroes dancing to a hammering bass every night) and on the beach (fire jugglers with music).The beach is nice (wide sand) but very flat, takes a while in until you can swim (practically not at all at ebb tide). And it's awfully commercialized - much of the space is reserved for boats dragging bananas or parachutes, water scooters, and other engine-driven devices. You may like this, of course. Pantai Tengah to the south is nicer (also busy). But there are fantastic beaches on the island - primarily Pantai Kok and Tanjung Rhiu. Pristine and quiet.

The location is right in front of Cenang Beach, and the room was nice, spacious, and tidy. The staff is helpful and cooperative. Ample room for parking and there is a 24-hour convenience store at a few steps. I'd highly recommend this for budget travelers.

There is nothing much to complain about. The area gets loud at night on weekends, so some may have trouble sleeping, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

We had a room right in front of the beach, so we could see the beach and the streets from there. Our place was convenient, in the middle of the cenang street, so left or right got a lot of stores and restaurants, and the beach and cenang square were right in front, the cenang mall on our left only a minute or 2 walk. amazing stay. staff were also very responsive when we requested for extra towels or fix of AC.
