Our second time here at Chuu Pun and the staffs were always so friendly and helpful. The vila is spacious, and air-conditioned was perfect for hot sunny days! There's a little coffee shop behind the resort where you can have lovely breakfast with a super breathtaking view. The convenient shop is also just next door.

A few things they can improve on: 1. Blanket was torn 2. Pool can be cleaner 3. Bath towels were stained 4. Sofa in the vila was in a really bad condition. 5. Add on 1 english movie channel for non-local guests, maybe? :)

The rooms are very spacious. Our room has a little garden and chairs, perfect for breakfast and coffee time, especially when you're traveling with kids. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Perfect size pool to chill, beautiful gazebo for family gathering. If you're hungry, you can order food panda/grab and they will send directly to your door steps. Convenient store nearby and just 10mins away from Chenang Beach. Will definitely come back!

We hardly get WiFi connection in the room and no kids shows or english movie channel, not really a big issue as we're out most of the time but during rainy days when we need to stay in, would be nice 😊 Also, perhaps if guests staying more than 2 nights can give us some plastics to put our rubbish in the room and change our bedsheets, quite sandy coming back from the beach.

I love everything about this place, we got the room opposite to the pool. The pool is open 24/7 as long as u keep it low and not making noise at the pool. So far we spend time at the pool around 2am and no one disturb us. It was a perfect stay. I would like to thank the customer service for their kind heart. We missed our ferry and couldn't check-in on the day as reserved, they willing to exchange and extend our stay as requested with no extra charges. The TV was not working and we realized it around 10pm, they were willing to come over and replace it with another TV for us. Awesome customer service

Just the insect at the parking entrance but i wont blame the hotel for it since it was in the nature zone. However they tried to use the smoke to keep the place out from mosquito after 7pm. Thank You

For less than rm500 for 3 nights, and 2 rooms, its quite a bargain. Swimming pool was a good surprise but the water could be cleaner. Iron with board, microwave and water kettle provided so that was great. There's a kedai makan next to the parking lot which opens till night.

They didn't change the towel or beddings until we requested, and new clean towels provided were smelly. Also the coffee sachets also were upon request.

The place is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to main roads. Enough beds for 6 people. Easy access to and from the beach. Provide filtered water. Kitchenette with microwave

No aircon thru out. Just in bedrooms. For 5 people with just one toilet in the unit is very troublesome. Towels not change thru out our stay. Bedsheets not change as well. No daily cleaning in the unit. Only outside.

Location, friendly n helpful staff, view n pool even during stay water pump not function n they solved it very fast n we enjoy to stay..kids very love it macam tak nak keluar jalan2 nak duk umah je..

Green carpet in outdoor room which quite season n need to change new. Also plant at garden need to check as we found got bitter at one off the plant. Lucky nothing bad happen during stay in. The rest all we like n enjoy.

owner super flexible, can check in very early since the room already ready. aircond super cool, parking is convenient. got cafe at the back of the villa, where can have breakfast & coffee.

considering the villa can fit 6 people, and have 2 bedroom but there’s only 1 bathroom is a bit inconvenient. the water pressure for the shower also is low.

The Room soo comfortable and peacefully. My kids like to stay because of the POOL was so amazing and nice. The parking space so convenient and easy to find the parking space. I will to stay here again and I like its soo much. Keep it up for you future.

The bidet is broken and hard to use the toilet bowl. The owner should make an effort to fix it since it’s broken for quite a long time.

I like the services given, the staff is very helpful. I also enjoyed the free coffee given. It taste really good.

Hmm, probably you need to bring your own shampoo and body wash. Not enough if you travel more than two person. And the water pressure is also low.
