Our second time here at Chuu Pun and the staffs were always so friendly and helpful. The vila is spacious, and air-conditioned was perfect for hot sunny days! There's a little coffee shop behind the resort where you can have lovely breakfast with a super breathtaking view. The convenient shop is also just next door.

A few things they can improve on: 1. Blanket was torn 2. Pool can be cleaner 3. Bath towels were stained 4. Sofa in the vila was in a really bad condition. 5. Add on 1 english movie channel for non-local guests, maybe? :)

The room was spacious, had a small fridge and was quite clean although the staff should have been around to come and clean up the room more often. Also, the room was right next to the pool which looked a little neglected probably because there weren't many guests around due to the off-season. But I have to say the enclosed balcony outside the room was huge and spacious with a good view of the pool area.

Staff could have been more attentive and met my requirements for extra pillows.

The room is cozy and comfortable for 5-6 adults. Check-in and check-out are easy. There is a small pool suitable for both adults and children. A BBQ pit is also available on the premises. There is ample parking space for those renting a car. The location is near a small convenience store and a restaurant that is open for breakfast until 4:00 PM, so finding food is convenient

You will need to travel by car to visit the nearby tourist attractions.

The location at Kemayang in which at centre of cenang and kuah, nice location. Quite comfy room. I book for deluxe double room however they change to standard double room and compensate to extra mattress in which was okay for me. (Maybe can contact me beforehand and it would be nice also)

Aircond apparently not being service i think cause got bad smell from the aircond

I love everything about this place, we got the room opposite to the pool. The pool is open 24/7 as long as u keep it low and not making noise at the pool. So far we spend time at the pool around 2am and no one disturb us. It was a perfect stay. I would like to thank the customer service for their kind heart. We missed our ferry and couldn't check-in on the day as reserved, they willing to exchange and extend our stay as requested with no extra charges. The TV was not working and we realized it around 10pm, they were willing to come over and replace it with another TV for us. Awesome customer service

Just the insect at the parking entrance but i wont blame the hotel for it since it was in the nature zone. However they tried to use the smoke to keep the place out from mosquito after 7pm. Thank You

The room is suspicious and clean. It has 2 room and suitable for big family. Swimming pool is nice and kids enjoy their free time there. the best thing is near to restaurant “ warung tok Mud” just walking distance. Their breakfast is the best. All the food is nice. Not far from the resort also has best place to eat. it just 5 min from the resort by car. Their warung name is warung d’tanjung sembilanh. Their best menu must try are mee udang and laksa.

The place it's near by with location I want to go and the staff also really friendly, the stay good for the package and value

My review it's the pool need to check from the ant and inside the house need to check for shower Head because while my son shower the shower Head was drop until hit my son head

The rooms are very spacious. Our room has a little garden and chairs, perfect for breakfast and coffee time, especially when you're traveling with kids. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Perfect size pool to chill, beautiful gazebo for family gathering. If you're hungry, you can order food panda/grab and they will send directly to your door steps. Convenient store nearby and just 10mins away from Chenang Beach. Will definitely come back!

We hardly get WiFi connection in the room and no kids shows or english movie channel, not really a big issue as we're out most of the time but during rainy days when we need to stay in, would be nice 😊 Also, perhaps if guests staying more than 2 nights can give us some plastics to put our rubbish in the room and change our bedsheets, quite sandy coming back from the beach.

The staff was friendly and it was away from the many tourists. The restaurant next door was really tasty!

It was a bit dirty.

Spacious, clean, tidy, all basic necessities were there. Acceptable distance from Pantai Cenang with car. Friendly staf, very helpful. Close to few local stores.

WiFi was weak. The water outlet to wash your pee/poo is a bit down below normal. Other than that, it's perfect.
