The room was very very clean and not smelly at all. Got tv, kettle, hair dryer and water heater and aircond functioning well. Plenty of plugs as well. No refrigerator inside the room but staff was so helpful and happily accommodate our request to keep in their refrigerator behind the counter at Ground floor. There’s common area at every floor with sofas and coffee tables. Good place for hanging out. The hotel is right in front of 7 eleven and next to petrol station. Very convenient for us when we suddenly hungry in the middle of the night. Lastly, staff are super friendly and helpful.

There’s no stairs to first and second floor but we were fully aware about this when we made the booking because it’s in the room description. Limited parking in front of hotel. You can park in front of other shops but need to re-park your car by 9.30am next morning. I’m fine with this as well bcs by that time, we’re already outside.

The room is very comfy and clean. Despite of the cheap price for the room, it turns out to be very comfortable and I slept soundly for both nights. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is accessible since it’s very near with the centre. No need to worry about having super at midnight, everything is in walking distance. For sure i will be staying here again if i have work in raub.

Nope everything is perfect

I give high rate for it’s Cleanliness. The Chinese restaurant in located same shop row provided excellent dishes. We were quite unexpected as it’s our first time to stay in Raub. This suite basically is the combine of two rooms and quite spacious.

We booked a famiky suite and at 2nd floor(or Levep 3). Guess what? No lift! So very first time need to carry luggages to our room. No enough hanger at bathroom One of the doors’ lock of bathroom is damaged.

The vibe of the hotel, interior, bathroom,facilities and locations =excellent. We enjoyed our stay for 4days and 3nights. Water pressure is great and clean. The bathroom layout is very functional. Air condition worked great. Our room got an upgrade service request via the application. Staffs were polite and helpful. I would say yes to my next visit to Raub with this hotel. Great experience. Heads up to the management for the Qiblat signage for Muslims customers👍Foodpanda within the range area. Most of all the cleanliness=awesome.

Just a few steps on staircase🤣 but it is manageble💪

The location is good. In front of Hotel have the 7-11 and petrol station just beside the hotel. My booking is the Family Room but because the previous guest smoke inside the room and too smelly, the hotel understand my requirement for family stay so they prepare 2 rooms for me to exchange.

No lift available in the hotel. For older guest need to climb staircase will be little not comfortable to them.

The staff very helpful. They called n whatsapp to confirm the booking room. They also share the location of the hotel. The staff also mentioned about parking and lift. So we aware limited spacenof parking n no lift in the hotel. The room and bathroom very clean. Tq

The hotel was in the centre of town. Easy access to the rest of the town. They have their own private parking. The location is fantastic, it is near a lot of eateries. It has that vintage vibe and the rooms are done up really well. It is clean and well maintained.

It was tidy inside and basic amenities were available and in working condition. Location is good. Parking available and free.

The external appearance of the hotel is very bad and gives a negative thought. A person can never relate that the hotel will be well maintained inside by looking at the hotel from outside.

Hotel Raub is a great option if your visiting Raub. the rooms and linen are impeccably clean, staff are very professional and the value is excellent. There’s a 7/11 across the road and some dining options nearby. Just 10 mins walk to the centre of town

Okay, the view out of the window is ordinary, but a lot of hotels in this price range don’t have windows.
