Comfy, clean, exactly what it says on the tin. Two of us in a three person room was a SQUEEZE and definitely wouldnt recommend for anyone with mobility issues as the ladder to get into the bed was steep. Loved the little library and free coffee! Lots of shops all around although if ure getting in late or leaving early many will be closed.

It took forever to check in - a good 10-15 minute wait to settle the one traveller ahead of us. There was no sense of urgency - which, being a transit hotel in which time is precious, was a bit irritating. Signage to the hotel wasn’t great, although we got there in the end. The showers were clean and great water pressure to blast travel grime off, but the cubicles could use like another hook or something - everything u bring in with u gets wet so be careful with ur change of clothes.

I have stayed at Capsule Transit on many occasions when I do a KL Trip. This place is a great place to freshen up and catch some sleep before your next flight. Last time I stayed around 13 hours before my next flight. The Good. Staff are great, easy check in, Clean linen every time, awesome hot showers with soap and shampoo provided, lockers provided with key to store your things. The Bad The actual Capsules are quite hot as there is only a small vent supplying air so I find it hard to sleep. This obviously is expected as if they were all air conditioned the price would be a lot higher to stay her and most only stay for a few hours.

Ventilation to the Capsules, they need to be cooler so you can sleep.

🛫When you have odd hours of flight this place is the best to stay inside the airport. And, you can go out with out any worry of immigration counter. 😊As this place is before immigration. The things I liked are shower, bed, blanket,towel, slipper, locker. For those coming from flight (KLIA2), please note you need to exit first (you will be at level 2 after collecting your baggage)and then just continue straight untill you will see sign board Level 1 bus/taxi/hotel. Capsule transit is at level 1. So go down from level 2 to level 1 by escalator. Then you will find place on the left side and continue straight.

😟Should have a light weight meal/cup noodles. Also, should have microwave. people with odd hours flight they would most probably go out in the city for time killing or people just want to come airport from city then they would take away food from city and which can be later have it before boarding.

The location was superb! It was so good getting up & we were a short stroll to the check in desk. Hubby was exhausted when we flew into KUL. Within 30 minutes of clearing customs, he was asleep in our capsule

Inconsiderate patrons who were talking on their phones as if they were sitting across the room from their mate, instead of in sleeping quarters. Can I suggest you put up some signage reminding people to be quiet as people can be sleeping at all hours of the day? I also couldn't find the women's toilets, only the men's so I used the toilet in the shower stall, which was tiny, but it worked

The room spacey for a cube/pod/container, the bed is cozy, the pillow and the sheet is clean and fresh - they provide us a bottle of water and -- you can refill it anytime you want at the water dispenser in the little pantry they got at the common area. Then the slippers is necessary if you love travelling wearing only your best sport shoe -- then whenever you need to go to take a shower, the slipper is the hero of all. The towel, is good too -- i love a good towel. The location is superbbbb. You dont need to rush to go to your gate all the way from which ever hotel you book outside of the airport, you can just leisurely walk in your PJs to the gate (if thats comfortable enough for you la) -- great for heavy sleeper like me. The price is super good too! Good for that level of standard they are providing. I wouldnt mind spending a lil for a good night sleep.

We like almost everything except for one thing, we can hear people walking outside even if they try to be as discreet as possible. But it is still bareable not that loud though.

This place is akin to staying in an upscale dorm. The AC is very cold and blowing hard, which made sense once you're inside the capsule and the blinds (a.k.a door) is drawn/closed as it can get a bit stuffy inside if temp was warmer. I love the firm bed, fluffy pillows and thick duvet. Guests are given a hospitality kit that includes ear plugs (yay), toothbrush+paste, eye cover and bottled water. Towel and slippers are to be returned upon check out. The shared bathrooms, toilets, sinks are clean and they hv frequent clean-up schedule. No complaints there as facilities are as they should. Note that the toilet and shower cubicles are rather small - big boned people will find it a bit of a squeeze. Lockers are located outside near the check-in counter, and it's spacious to store a large suitcase. Check-in and out were very smooth, and crew were helpful with info. Plus, they can provide a wake-up service (where they come over to knock on your capsule).

It's a challenge to keep clothes/towel dry while showering as there isn't a place to store or change in the bathroom. There isn't any dedicated storage for shoes at the capsule, so you either keep it inside or leave it outside your space - just make sure your shoes don't stink up the whole place! The blinds that represent the capsule door provide privacy but no security. Plus, it's noisy when rolling it open/close every time. I like that they put up a lot of signs to remind people to be quite, but me thinks there should also be one to remind people to walk softly too...otherwise, it'll be like listening to a herd of hippos moving about!

Fantastic idea. Very clean and well organised. We had a cute 3 person suite double bed plus single. With good solid door. Mostly quite. Great area to hang out too in the lounge have coffee and use internet. Very easy access within the transport hub of the airport. Lockers where fantastic for our luggage. Provided slipper, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and water. Even shampoo in the bathroom. Loved it. Can even book 6 hours which would be great between flights.

Would have preferred higher room as people arrived in middle of night above us, they inconsiderate and noisey but was only brief! Would be nice to have milk or creamer for the tea. But was an extra bonus to have anyway. Otherwise fantastic place. If people are less selfish and more considerate of others no issues! Thank you

Super clean, organised, and cosy. The ambient lighting was nice and there was a little section to make coffee and sit down with lots of books available. Amazing how quiet it is despite being in the middle of the busy airport. Very respectful guests. Bathroom was very clean too and had both a removable shower head and rain shower. All guests had access to a locker and they provided a bottle of water, toothbrush, slippers, and towel which were all much appreciated. Staff were helpful.

Location was super convenient in the airport, but a bit confusing to find. After passing through immigration you see a sign pointing in the direction of the hotel but there are no more after this. Just keeps going in that direction until you reach the exit and instead of exiting, go down the escalator to the first floor, then head straight ahead (towards the wall of the left side when back is facing the exit) and you will find it. Further instructions like this on the property description would be useful :)

The location is the best at it is at the transportation hub area in the KLIA2 terminal. So there was no worries of getting to the airport late. Locker for luggage, towel, slippers, toothbrush are provided. Towel and slippers must be returned upon check out though. There's safety in going into the capsule area but the capsule itself only had blinds. So as usual your valuables are your responsibility. There's a toilet with bathing facilities. Surau is just outside the capsule area. Checkin and checkout process was easy.

I would be grateful if there was a changing area as after a shower you can get wet while changing. I noticed the map says changing area but I don't see it. If there was one in the toilet itself would be good.

Everyone is being respectful and quiet. It's quite pricey but it's worth the price. Great for a short layover especially after a night flight. It is located in the airport building itself. The staff won't guide you to your 'room' so some people might enter the wrong room. Someone was inside the room I was assigned to so the staff ended up assigning me to another room. The toilet was clean. I like how they provide sleep mask and ear plug. Really useful.

The space was really limited but I don't really mind because that's how a capsule hotel is.
