The rooms are fantastic. Super clean. Everything you need. Hot water good pressure. Also I originally booked the wrong terminal but the staff were wonderful and helped me change my booking to the correct terminal.

When booking I found it confusing to know which terminal the hotel was in. At first I booked the wrong terminal. Also it is hard to find Soma Soma in KLIA 2 When it is your first time. Some clear instruction on location would have been good.

Superb.... once I found it. Even though the hotel is situated within the airport no one knew where it was. The information desk told me to leave the airport and that it was outside.... thank god I never listened. We found it ourselves. Better directions are needed. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The food was ok but cold..... buffet style food.... lying for a while. Free drinks and more are included in the price. I thought it was an absolute bargain and will defo be booking again when back.

It’s a transit hotel with flexible charging policy based on hours not nights, which is exactly what we needed. The hotel was easy to find - plenty of signs to follow. Room was quite spacious and clean. Good shower!

Food (breakfast) choices at the lounge area were only oriental, and despite of number of eateries around the KLIA satellite outside the hotel - neither of them was good. I would recommend to go to the main terminal for better restaurants, shops and pharmacy (you will need to go through immigration).

Excellent location near gates. Easy check in, friendly staff, smart, clean room and bathroom. good shower. I only had 3.5hrs in hotel between flights but it was worth it for a shower and couple hours sleep in a comfy bed.

little bit of noise outside room but luckily I had my ear plugs, not much signage for location (easily got directions from interactive map though). Wanted to buy a coke to take to my room but the only option was to pay for breakfast buffet that included drinks or go to the shop nearby. a vending machine would be useful.

I liked that I did not need to leave the airport.The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower was strong and hot and everything I needed was available. The buffet meal was acceptable.

I thought it was expensive, given the money paid only covered 9 hours. Also the meals area is evidently some kind of club and staff made it clear I could not use it, until I indicated I was a hotel guest. Then I was "allowed" to have a meal there. This was not made clear at booking and the staff attitude made me feel both uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this I found an alternative for breakfast.

Great location for transit, it's at the same terminal only minutes away from our gate. We were flying with an infant and had a 13 hours flight, stop over and stay at the hotel during transit before another long haul flight. The hotel provided us a cot and it was nice to refresh and rest there before the journey

Floor could be cleaner as we have a little one crawling. Would be great if they do food for room service as people are flying all sort of time and terminal has limited restaurant choices particular at certain time of the day during transit

clean room and provided tea and coffee good location at C5 as near where I disembarked reception staff excellent food was available till 11 pm I ate at about 10 as my flight was delayed I didn't know food was included so for me added bonus but for the price it is correct last time I used the hotel I had 6hrs food not included but I understand can pay and add on

no window in the room next time I use the service I will request the even # side with a window I didn't like it but was so tired after 2 over night flights that I slept anyway Fresh /uht milk pods would be fantastic rather than creamer especially in the restaurant lounge The room was noisy with some intermittent banging late at night

Very very kind! We just accidentally entered another Sama Sama instead of the one that we booked since the customs and policemen in the airport just pointed at this. They kindly adjusted everything and helped us to rebook and cancel the previous one for free! Room is perfect for 6 hour stay and to sleep in perfect conditions of silence since the rooms are well soundproofed and clean!

Nothing it is wonderful!

Bed was very comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Pillows were great, linen high quality, spotless and pressed. Towels were excellent. Room was quiet and spacious. There were disposable slippers, a hairdryer, shower cap, toothbrush and paste, soap and shampoo provided. Staff very polite and efficient. Food in lounge was very good too, and I enjoyed a hearty breakfast; food varied with a mix of Asian and Western to choose from. Mood music was soft and relaxing. Decor a little dated but very clean and easy on the eye.

I booked for a 12 hrs stay but arrived earlier than intended, feeling exhausted I wanted to check in right away. Had option to vacate by 3:30am or pay extra $48 to vacate at 6:30am (my connecting flight was for 9:20am) so I paid it. Was worth it though as I felt reinvigorated after a decent sleep, which was needed after a long flight from Heathrow. The key cards weren’t working either but was being fixed as I was told. Staff escorted me to room though and were most apologetic so wasn’t a big deal.

Clean, comfortable bed , all toiletries provided, big fluffy bath towels.

First time visitor was a bit difficult to find, however amazing helpful staff at KL airport, easily recognised by the blue suits and sashes were extremely helpful. I hope a bit of upgrading is done in the very near future before the hotel standards drop , it would be a shame to let the fabric of the hotel (e.g. evidence of water damage in corridors, veneer of bathroom doors beginning to show signs of age ) deteriorate.
