This hotel is in the industrial area so don’t expect shops nearby. Shuttle pickup contact number wasn’t updated. You need to go to Tune hotel KLIA 2 main branch and get a shuttle from there. Over all it is a good accommodation in this price. Ideal for young couples or if you are by yourself.

The shuttle from Tune2 to Tune1 is very convenient. Comfortable, clean bus. Reception workers in both hotels are super friendly, helpful, smiling and quick. My check-in in Tune1 was very pleasant and lifted my mood after a long day in different transport vehicles and airports. My room had a big window with beautiful sunset light in the evening.

The ceiling fan did some strange clicking noise, so I had to turn it off. There was no hot shower in the morning. Water was only lukewarm.

Room is very comfortable for a short stay before flight. It's really just a small room with a comfy bed with bathroom, as it's meant for an overnight stay before/between flights so do not expect too much. If possible pack your necessities in a smaller bag for the night so you don't have to open your luggage, there is not much room for opening big luggage. Breakfast was served takeaway-style, starting at 2.30AM so it's convenient for guests with early morning flights. There's a shuttle bus at 2-hr interval starting at 1AM, if I'm not mistaken it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach KLIA2. It's safer to leave at least a 4-hour window prior to boarding time if you need to take the shuttle. If you need to catch a Grab car, it is advised to call one at least 30 minutes prior as the drivers are mostly stationed at the airport. But according the front desk official, Grab cars are easy to get. There's an ironing facility but you need to come down to the GF. It is located across the front desk.

A bit pricey

Stayed for a night during transit, overall satisfied and happy. Friendly staff, room was just nice and cheap, clean toilet and bath, no odd smell.

Need grab to go from klia. Not within walking distance like tune klia2.

Location, bed was very comfy, staff good, a plus fan.... Room safe, shower all fine.. value for money for a short stay. The front desk aslo kept a bag for an advanced booking for me - that just did for me. Bus service works well.

Rooms a bit small tho but serves it's purposes.. Please consider family suites /joining rooms. And hopefully another diverse restaurant/kitchen than the expensive japanese one, good food but patrons were few...it's needs a but if a vibe, more simpler favour, even open up street food trucks with dff menus...will be in tune....i will stay again. . Bus to KLIA could be sooner if and when needed.

Excellent value and comfortable stay in a clean and comfortable hotel on the airport complex but a 20 minute Grab from international arrivals/departures. There is a shuttle but we didn’t use this because it went from the other Tune hotel which wasn’t near our terminal. The hotel has a nice bar in the Japanese restaurant which looked good but which we didn’t use. The rooms are small but perfectly fit stinks and we got no noise from neighbours so assumed well insulated. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful so perfect for us.

Nothing, excellent value.

Super friendly staff, super comfy bed and clean room. Loved the blackout curtains… made it easy to fall asleep early. Breakfast was also wonderful, and they also offered dinner which was very kind, because there are no food options outside of the hotel.

Was really hard to find the shuttle and spent a few hours going back and forth between terminals to find it. Noise was fairly loud at night due to location, so needed to use earplugs. Water was lukewarm, but was grateful for warm water as opposed to cold :)

First thing first this review is not for tune hotel aeropolis but tune hotel next to klia2. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I booked for this hotel but they send me off for the tune hotel next to klia2 (which is beneficial for me as I have early morning flight to catch) and it took around 20mins to arrived from there by shuttle bus that's been provided by both hotel. Facilities for both hotel is fine and the price reasons with the location. Can buy snacks at receptionist which opens 24/7 and they have restaurant too at lobby. Tune hotel klia2 is just walking distance to klia2 so that's another plus point if you have early flight to catch or layover.

The fact that staff at aeropolis hotel couldn't pick up my call for so many times were irritating as I had few important issues to check with them regarding my bookings. Both hotel does not have any other shop or restaurant nearby/downstairs except for their own restaurant at the lobby - for tune klia2 you can just go to the airport (walking distance) if you wish to eat something else.

very good for airport stop over. offer free shuttle bus between a sister hotel that is closer and within walk of airport every 2 hours

little bit expensive

Hotel staff is super friendly. They give you the best service possible. Unfortunately there was a incident where our room was assigned to a another guest and they opened the door while we were in it. After we raised this with the management, they came and apologized and arranged us a free airport transfer (personal one, not the coach) as a complimentary. Of course mistakes happen, so definitely this one incident won't downgrade this hotel. Also, don't get confused, there are two Tune Hotels (similar names but same hotel chain I guess). This one is closer to KLIA terminal and other one is right next to KLIA2. But there is a coach which comes in every 2 hrs to other hotel at KLIA2 which will take you to the hotel. So it doesn't really matter. But the one in KLIA2 has easy access to the air port.

Room is really small, so don't expect a spacious room. But again, this is an airport transfer hotel and it serves it's main purpose. And for this price, it definitely worth it.
