Sama Sama Express klia2 (Airside Transit Hotel)

I would definitely go there again. Very comfortable and outstanding value.

I messed up and exited immigration at midnight and was not allowed back until Air Asia checkin reopened at 4am. I appreciate it clearly states "airside" but perhaps to stop people making the same stupid mistake as me, they could send a message in bold and capitals saying do not go through passport control or you will have a whole world of pain? Not their fault, all my fault, but helping stupid people is a good thing. Thank you.

location : super easy I flight with air asia so around 5 mns walking from arrival gate and around 6 mns from departure gate . respect condition : you should be in transit with boarding pass and choose AIRSIDE . Room clean quiet Nice bed confortable Super fast check in and check out Staff very nice

no windows in the room Air co noisy so I switch off . no way to switch off TV so I disconnect. No breakfest so you have to use Mac Do or burger king or other awfull fast food in the airport

Great option in case you are flying via transit and have some time to take a rest. We had a 10 hour layover, 5 of which we slept in comfort. You don't have to leave transit zone and can easily get hotel.

Rooms were clean and ready for us after a long flight. We needed to sleep. There should be a clock for alarms that is easy to use as I was worried we would sleep too long for our next flight.

Staff n location

The confusion about the property named , as I want to book myself for the transit but only on arrival at the airport property I came to know that I was booked for klia2 .

Great location near KLIA2. Took a 5 minute walk to the departure entrance up one floor. Rooms are spacious for an airport hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

Steep price

Room was fantastic, great shower, all needed amenities including tea/coffee kettle, clothesline, towels, toothbrush etc. The next room had a noisy family with screaming kids, but hardly noticed when they were in their room. (I am a light sleeper, so always use earplugs)

Help a lot while long layover at klia2. I dont need to go to immigration anymore

there are 2 Samasama hotels in different terminals. you only advertise one, and booked us into the wrong one ( in the domestic terminal). fortunately we were able to cancel on the spot and rebook in the international one, which happened to have last minute availability. full marks for hotel. nul points for you!

I liked it was in the airport and we didn’t have to travel anywhere while in transit. We loved that it was nice and quiet so we could get some rest before our next flight.

I didn’t realise the booking was for only 6 hours when I booked, I think this should of been clearer.
