Location near to highway. Several restaurants in the vicinity

Room is spacious, it is old hotel but very well maintained. Excellent bath tub. Room has fridge, kettle, ironing board, hairdryer all provided. Clean room overall. Many eateries near hotel and convenience store like 7E is also near hotel. Walk to the back of hotel there's the Petani Parade if want to go Parkson to get anything.

I think need to add plug point for people to charge phone or laptop especially when one plug has been used for kettle. Room 404 need to change new shower head as it is loose and leaking (forgot to inform hotel during checkout). Reception was on renovation. Unable to park at the basement as it was closed.

Perfect location, very near to Sg Petani (S) exit. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and spacious. Many eateries nearby, some are within walking distance. Calming atmosphere in the hotel especially when the Al-Quran recital was played through the hotel PA System. I was surprised at first when I heard Surah Ar-Rahman being played. Alhamdulillah, keep it up :)

1. People working on front desk are very helpful 2. Housekeeping is great, they tide the room such detaily, I feel like everyday i just checked in Location is perfect there are small and big supermarkets 7/24, cafes and local foodcourt just next step. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable enough.

Due to Ramadan breakfast and room service was not provided. No slippers and soap in the rooms. But any way its value for money.

Location wise is so strategic. Near to most facilities eg, dobby laundry, cafes, mall, ATM, pharmacies, nasi kandar etc. Room also comfortable but not really soundproofing - can hear voice from outside. Got pool on rooftop. For family staycation is overall nice. The food price is quite reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied with the price paid.

Well, I have to admit the warm welcome given by the receptionist and how professional they are. The manager himself assist me with his exceptional generous gesture. That moment I remembered I bring many bags and they offer to help me out with great care and caution. The location is also strategic as it's nearby to many local food.

Daily care kit was not provided. Was no soap to wash hands. Carpets at the room and corridor need to be changed. They are clean but visually dirty.

The location is very good. Easy access to PLUS highway, walking distance to restaurants, 7eleven, Family Mart & Parkson. The room is spacious and very comfy.

This hotel allowed smoking in the room as I see ashtray in the room. I suggest they should make it only on dedicated floor for smoking rooms.
