The location was superb as it situated in the city, easy access to food and other facilities. Room was comfortable, hot shower provided with enough clean towels. Please bring own toiletries. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious enough for our 5-members family of small kids to sleep and rest. Water dispenser available at ground floor. Mugs and bottled drinking water provided in room. Self-laundry besides hotel, Lotus mart across the street.

The floor is cement without any rugs (maybe due to cleanliness issue), so its quite cold, hehe.

I would suggest to provide a set of toothbrush and toothpaste and a small hairdryer for guests which is considered basic needs nowadays in a hotel. Water drop sound keeps appearing all night, hopefully the hotel management people can do an inspection of what's going on with the bathroom. Other than that, the overall experience was considered perfect which is worth the price!

Even this hotel we can call as low budget hotel but a bed comfort is superb! Decoration with antique items, natural stones, cutter wood design and bonzai plants so impressed us. Near to TF Value, easy to grab some food.

Match with our expectation for the low budget hotel. Do not expect too much but they gave us extra in term of interior designing, decoration and feel.

the environment looks good and have good spots for photo taking as well.... the staffs are very helpful. my parents are old and cannot climb up the stairs,the staffs there are very helpful, they change the room to the ground floor so that my parents don't need to climb up.

the bathroom is a bit too small and not very old- aged friendly. and the tap water is running very slow

Location is great. Very near to Sg. Petani Selatan exit. In front of it, TF mart; food and if you need to buy things, no problem at all. Room & bathroom are very clean. Water pressure is good.Hotel deco is superb; antique 💗. Staff is efficient & nice. All smiles 👍🏼. Ample parking space (with fees..). It was a good stay at Rock Wood.

kind of weird to have to bring my towel to the counter for checkout. especially since they went uo to check the room before returning the deposit anyway

No breakfast provided but there are few items that can be bought from the front counter. They did provide hot n cold water. The hotel is just next a laundry shop. I washed all the dirty laundry before going home. The look of the hotel is amazing. Love the trees, the outer wall, the inner decoration too

I like how the male bearded staff was so nice & polite towards us even when we have the problem with online payment at 1am. He was so comforting & lenient during our stay. Really cool & reasonable hotel & i had a pleasant stay there
