No one was there at checkout. We had to wait for someone from the staff to return the deposit

Excellent location in the heart of Sliema. Not far from the sea and ferry to Valletta. Very clean rooms and shared spaces. Staff went above and beyond to help. When I reported a faulty boiler (was making strange loud noises) they had it seen to and fixed within an hour. Not sure why people book the room with an external bathroom and then complain that it’s external. I had no issues as it was 1m from the bedroom and only I had a key to it.

No noise-proofing inside the property. Other guests need to be reminded to keep quiet especially after midnight. A mini-fridge in each room would be useful, especially for drinks that may take up too much room in the communal fridge. The €150 deposit needs to be better communicated at booking time. I opted to have my card number on file as I didn’t want to have money taken and wait for it to come back into my account. Shower screen is too short for the shower so the bathroom gets very wet

The building has been recently renovated, common areas are cozy but nice (we loved the terrace) and rooms are very clean. It is located at walking distance from the Sliema-Valletta ferry pier, as well as from the waterfront. The owner, Kristina, is always available and keen to help. Price is aligned with competitors but the overall look-and-feel makes it a preferable option.

There are not many options for rooms - basically most of the rooms are double beds (and beds are quite small ones). Good for couples, not really if you are just friends. Some of the rooms don't even have a wardrobe. We had couple of small accidents (a TV screen which had not been properly attached to the wall and fell / a broken room key which got me stuck inside for a while) - Kristina solved those quite quickly but the same could have been avoided with a bit more care with maintenance.

Everything was perfect! The stuff very very nice, the room very beautiful and clean, every day our room was cleaned. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but very close to the main street, the ferry and the bus station. I truly recommend this accommodation!!

We spent 3 nights here, but we would definitely spend more nights here. The room was smaller, but cozy in a really good way. It had a TV with plenty of choices, it also had many foreign channels (we also found Czech ones there). Out of the room you had access to a shared kitchen that was very well equipped with a big fridge and also options to cook your own meal. Every morning you could make a provided coffee and enjoy it on a shared terrace. The terrace was exceptional as you had a great view over Sliema and also Valleta. There also was an iron so we used it to iron our clothes. Everything was in walking distance from the apartment, for example a really nice beach, ferry to Valletta and Lidl.

In the facilities description on Booking they have a washing machine, but during our stay it was not accessible, but it was no big deal, there are many options to wash clothes nearby if needed.

Lovely structure with clean and pleasant rooms and shared areas (especially the rooftop) is enjoyable and has a great town view. The staff is very nice and kind. Central position in the town with the main spots reachable on foot. We also appreciated the free complementaries available for breakfast in the shared kitchen and the welcome drink.

Too low-temperature air conditioning in the reception. The structure has no dedicated parking, but free public parking is available around it and, usually, it is not difficult to find one. However, on the most crowded days, we didn't find one. When asked while arriving at the structure, the staff didn't mention the possibility of parking also in a private paid parking near the structure. This information should be better mentioned in the description of the services of the structure.

Location was very good. In the Sliema neighbourhood not directly close to the noisy part of the district. The Guesthouse is well maintained, clean and the bed is confortable. There is a kitchen if you want to use it and also a small terrace.

The acoustics inside the guesthouse are not so good. You can hear all corridors, doors slaming, people talking from all floors. The most annoying thing was the weird loud noise coming from the water boiler (apparently) every few seconds, I think everytime someoned opened a faucet, flushed the toilet or had shower. I would also recommend to change the room keys by eletronic cards, much more convenient to carry and makes less noise when opening the door.

The room and bathroom were very clean (they clean the rooms daily by default), good localization (close to bus stops and Valetta ferry within 10 min of walking distance). The staff is very nice and helpful, they asked themselves when was our return flight (which was late in the evening) and offered that we could leave our luggage at reception after checking out and collect it later. There was adapter for European socket plugs in the rooom but also a very clever solution that two wall bedside sockets have two integrated USB ports each, so smartphone charging was super easy. Common kitchen was well equipped. Efficient air conditioning in the room. Good Wi-Fi connection.

We had the room on top, near the common terrace with a beautiful view on Valetta. Everything was spotless, with staff cleaning the house and rooms every morning. There is no breakfast, but we could use coffee machine (with capsules) and croissants to get us going. The staff was super friendly and helpful and shared a PDF file with all must-see locations and restaurants/bars. The location is right in the middle of Sliema, so it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to the ferry service, beaches, bars and main walking streets. All in all, good value for money.

There is no elevator, so if you book the room on top, prepare for a bit of exercise

The well equipped common spaces (huge fridge to keep your stuff with sticky notes to identify them; free croissants and coffee every day; and all the necessary to cook) and the amazing terrace were unbeatable. Nice that everyday they clean and order the room

Just a bit of noise from the TV at the front desk sometimes (easily spread by the type of building, especially in the kitchen), but nothing unbearable.
