This place is small but way beyond about the expectations. Service, food and the attitude is more than 4 stars. Location is "quiet" but sometimes you need the place where you have detachd about the world. Food is overall better than one can expect and the variety is goof enough. If have to compare to 5 stars hotels this hotel will be at the same line with those but it is small (maybe boutique hotel). Have to love it

mostly everything is fine.

most pleasant hotel we stayed in mru. just one suggestion. no drinking water in the room coz they said we booked half board package. but water is a basic for a room even someone just booked the room without any package. hope it can be improved. the cost is small but for traveller who enter the hotel the first thing they want to do is to drink water.

Polite staff. Elegant garden, pools, beach with sunbeds overlooking the ocean, beautiful trees and flowers. Rich breakfast with fresh omlettes, pancakes, fruits. Rooms have a nice design with ratan furniture.

The restaurant is a bit out outdated. The hangers in the room were shabby. The floor from the rooms is made of concrete or something similar and being porous it's hard to clean, and has some dirty patches. During the evenings from 9-11PM the hotel has different music activities and it gets very noisy during these hours, it's not relaxing at all if you just want to rest and listen to nature.

The Aircon was strong and cold which was a huge welcome. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows. There was always something tasty on the buffet's. They did quite a bit of lamb which was great. The new years eve spread was really good, huge effort was made regarding that. Jason the events guy had a fabulous personality and was very engaging. I can see why the hotel hired him.

The only thing that was off putting was that when it rained heavily the verandha's eating area got flooded out as the roof leaked badly. It was trying to have to sit indoors with little airflow and hot humid weather.

All the staff are friendly and helpful.. Food was very good

As in all inclusive package.. It would be nice if could have more options on drinks and food or snacks

Small and cosy hotel with service. The buffet that they offer over there is awesome and special compliments to the chefs, hats off! The staffs were very friendly. Had a wonderful room with balcony and with pool view facing the sea. Will surely come back again just for the food 🔥

They should atleast do pest contol. And there were not much channels to watch on the television, fortunately we had laptop so we could watch movies.

Infinite pool was good for swimming and sunbathing. Beach was ok, because we went there in winter. Room size is enough for elementary family. Service quality was awesome.

First day at the hotel, the receptionist guy told us that we may use both indoor or outdoor facilities for breakfast and dinner. However last day of the stay, waiter insisted on that we can not eat outside of the hotel, as according to him outside area was for not breakfast.

Amazing place to stay, nice room, lovely swimming pool and outside area. Gym is a bit dated but has a bar, bench and some weights so that will always work. Buffet dinner included in the half board was really tasty and there was a different menu every evening. We tried the a la carte menu as well was even better. Clean and beautiful beach. Daily cleaning and new bedsheets so quite impressive for a 3 star hotel.

Room could do be with a bit of tlc. The hotel is also very remote and there is nothing to do outside of the hotel grounds. If you want to go to the safari parks, dolphin swimming etc its a 1,5 hour drive one way

The property has great views and offers amazing service. We had a wedding anniversary and they decorated & baked us a cake free of charge with a day’s notice, making our stay very welcome. There is also a free boat trip to an island which was amazing. Overall wonderful stay

Unfortunately the hotel is not in the best location. It is situated in a small village that does not offer much in terms of sightseeing.
