We stayed here when our flight was cancelled. A shuttle picked us up at the airport and the ride took literally just a few minutes. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was decent, with food and drink costing less than half the price of restaurants at the airport. Because our rescheduled flight left early next morning and there were quite a few other stranded passengers, the hotel opened it's restaurant for breakfast at 05:00, two hours early, which we really appreciated!

Everything was good. Probably the most relaxing stay we've had in an airport hotel anywhere.

For the breakfast you sit down and order from a menu. The service was good, food acceptable but not memorable. The orange juice was Tang. Great location if you want to be close to the airport. Decent fish restaurant and an OXXO within walking distance

I showed up well before check in time and they told me that I couldn't get in until 3pm. Shortly before 3pm I saw others checking in. The receptionist said that they had paid for early check-in. They didn't offer me this option...I would have paid for it.

The proximity to the airport was why I booked this hotel. I had late/early flights, so this was the best choice for me. I was also able to easily access the public bus into Cabo San Lucas, which I highly suggest (if you want to save money and have about an hour available for travel time).

My reservation was cancelled despite the fact that I let the hotel know that my flight was arriving later at night (before midnight, though). No one called or emailed me to verify if I was still coming; they just cancelled it. The woman at the desk told me they cancel bookings at midnight (which it wasn't yet that time) and then switched it to 10pm, (which is also different from what their check-in times say on Booking). I was still able to keep my reservation, but it was a frustrating experience overall.

It's an airport hotel - it was very convenient to the airport. Generally airport hotels aren't anything to get excited about, but this one was very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, from checking in, to the bar tender. It feels pretty new, but even still they were repainting some of the common areas while we were there. They are definitely keeping it fresh feeling.

It's conducive to staying close to the airport, but of course, it is not near the resorts or beaches of Cabo.

The Hotel is just a 5min walk away from the terminals at the airport in San Jose del Cabo. If you arrive late or have to leave early, this is the perfect place to stay. The pool is clean and the rooms are alright for one or even two nights. Breakfast is a buffet (nachos, scrambled eggs, pancakes and coffee) oder a la card. Would not stay there for a longer time, because its 25min driving from downtown San Jose and 30min form the beach.

Be careful! The staff at the reception tried to scam me. They called me a driver to bring me to downtown (and to my hotel the next day at the beach) and wanted to charge me 40 USD (!!!). This is ridiculous and illegal. Do not pay that. You can easily hire a cheaper taxi at the airport or - be better way - use UBER to beach or downtown. It is save and you will only pay like 10 USD each way. The cheapest way for transport is - if you have low budget - the public transport system. The public bus is about 1 USD and travels all the way down to the beach. Just catch it at the highway, 1min from the hotel. Do not trust the staff, if they tell you something else.

Everything was convenient for me for this stay. I had a ride to the airport from the shuttle the hotel provided. The room is nice and clean. The staff eas friendly. The lobby and restaurant was nice and clean as well diffidently staying here next time I come to Los Cabos

Their was nothing I didn't like. Everything was convenient for my needs.

proximity to airport as I had a 6:30 am flight

when we checked in we were told no shuttle between 5-6am due to shift change. Our main reason for staying was to NOT have to get up so early. So part of our group got up for a 4:45am shuttle, the others decided to walk, however, the shuttle was functioning at 5:30am so they took it. Pissed me off big time!

It is next to the airport but you can't hear the noise of the traffic or planes. Great overnight stay.

Tried to check in a little early but you have to pay to check in early. The area around the airport and the hotel is pretty dirty. Crap and garage everywhere. Zero respect for their area. We walked to the nearest restaurant and to an oxxo and it was pretty filthy.

Excellent breakfast with good coffee in the free breakfast room. Room was very clean. Very close to Terminal 2. Very quiet location for being so close.

Not enough water provided in room for brushing teeth and making coffee, Taking medication etc. No ice, fridge not available to keep medication cold.

Excellent, clean & convenient. Just a little walk from airport. Comfortable, quiet - did not hear any air traffic. Enjoyed legs dangling in pool, great restaurant meals (dinner & breakfast). Also nice to have safe walking area nearby, getting in approx 5 km stroll. After reading reviews, I was prepared for some issues with dirty carpets & uncaring staff. We did not experience this at all! Obviously reviews are read & acted upon as needed.

Increased wait staff in restaurant to decrease wait time for service.
