- Clean, comfortable room with good A/C and many TV channels. - Staff were very kind. I was sick for part of my stay and they were very caring. - The breakfast was fantastic! Generous Mexican and continental buffet available. - Perfect location next to main square, market and canyon docks.

Breakfast buffet was good, you had several options to choose from! Location was great, personnel was very nice. Wifi was so-so.

Would prefer if they used non-disposable plates since there was a lot of plastic waste from the breakfast. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay which for us isn’t a big deal but for some people it might be an issue

The Hotel is situated in the center of ChiapadeCorzo and the perfect start for exploring this small town and just 4 minutes away from the river where all tours for the Canyon are starting. Staff is nice

There wasn’t any window in the room, and the breakfast was not good. All in all it was ok, a basic, budget stay in good central location.

Location - right on the main square close to taxi station. No noice in the room. Was nice to have fresh breakfast on site. People who work on reception and breakfast are nice and professional.

The room was really poor, worse than on photo. Dark, no window, very hot, overused and so on… I could continue but just keep in mind that it is a really low-cost option. They show the price 1000+ mxn and a 50% discount. So you might think it’s mid-range hotel. But the truth is that prices on booking are doubled. We paid 560 “with 57% discount”, but on reception you see official prices and it’s a regular price (580 mxn for 2 persons). Actually even this is too much for what you get, in my opinion, but it’s all about location.

noisy - very noisy (windows are not sealed). cockroaches in the room. shower was clogged. pillows had some kind of plastic inside that makes a lot of noise. clearly a run down hotel. staff is was awesome though and they stored my luggage for me when i checked out.

The location is great & the staff was nice & friendly. The breakfast was included however it needs some work too.

We got bitten by bed bugs. :( Both me & my boyfriend woke up with bites all over. Plus the hotel is villing to store you luggage for extra time only if you pay 275$. For two of us that would have been an extra night instead of keeping our backpack for 2 more hours, which is just ridiculous.
