The hotel is perfect for one night--it's a 3-minute walk from the Central bus station. We stayed there because we had to finish finalizing a residency application. With one exception, the staff were fantastic--we were able to check into our hotel 6 hours before check-in time. It probably helped that we were there on a Monday. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and an excellent value considering the prices of hotels in San Miguel. The double beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. (We appreciate that the pillows were *not* down, but rather cotton/foam fill).

The attached cafe is a disappointment. The food is so-so, and the staff seems uninterested in serving guests. They seemed annoyed that their time on their phones was being interrupted. I ordered breakfast on the first day, and it was lukewarm. The coffee is made from an automated espresso machine and weak. My husband was recovering from an illness and asked if he could have dry toast. The server cut him off abruptly and said, NO! We know that Mexican restaurants serving breakfast provide toast.

I liked a lot the friendliness of the staff. The room has everything to make a coffee, thanks for that. It is located just 2 minutes from the bus station, and it was fine for me; I didn't want to stay in the historical center. I also appreciated early check-in (10 am) without any additional payments. P.S. There's a quite good fish restaurant that I found not far from the hotel. El Puerto Seafood. And I believe it's cheaper compared to most of the restaurants in the center of the city.

The windows of my room were faced to a main road. So it was very noisy. I have always earplugs with me while I'm travelling, so it wasn't a big problem for me, but you probably should know about the problem.

Conveniently located near the bus stop. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center of the town. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Really not that much of the hotel's fault, but some of the guests tended to be quite noisy when returning late in the night. Also, the noise comes from the ground floor (I assume restaurant).

This is our 2nd stay here! Close to SMA bus terminal. Booked a room with 2 double beds so larger room. This time located at back of hotel so much quieter. Comfortable beds. Fresh and clean rooms. Hot shower. Nice new airconditioner which worked amazing. Great value for money.

Unfortunately cafe closed early so unable to have dinner there but breakfast the next day was great.

We have a project close by to the Hotel and it is very convenient. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything is great about the hotel.

My room was clean, very comfortable with a great shower. The staff were always nice and helpful. Included onsite parking is always an added plus. This is an excellent value with everything within walking distance. My balcony view was the street and there was no problem with noise. Will stay here again

Excellent place to stay arriving or departing San Miguel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Hot water. Good WiFi. Steps from the bus terminal. Okay restaurant at the hotel, but many other restaurants within walking distance. Nice staff! A bit far from the center, but highly recommend for an internm stop.

Perfectly located for catching the bus to Mexico city ! Very comfortable, clean, and fresh accomodation. Hot water shower was fabulous! New airconditioner! Great value for money. Cafe downstairs with tasty food, reasonably priced.

Room was located at front of hotel so a bit noisy until traffic died down.

Clear, quiet, confortable rooms at a good price. Outside of downtown, but a perfect location as we wanted to be near the bus station.

Location and staff kindness they were very attentive to our needs as guest.
