This hotel has a fantastic setting with fantastic views of the bay. Both the restaurant and the bar were located above the two pools and were both very convenient.

The hotel restaurant had only one waiter, and service was super slow. Food was good when we got it. Also, did not appreciate being up on the 6th floor. There are many steps with no handrails and tiled steps that could be slippery. We finally were able to get a room on the 3rd Floor. Aside from these things, I would still stay at this hotel because of its views and location.

everything was wonderful and fabulous, the rooms are a bit more on the simple side, yet the bed is so very comfortable in the air conditioner works wonderfully! I slept so well every single night! everything I needed for a wonderful stay! There was wonderful hot water in the shower at all times, with good water pressure, and the amazing view from the room is incredible! A delicious breakfast was included in my room stay, and the waiters and the staff at the hotel are so warm and caring and kind! I will absolutely come back on my next vacation to Hotel Irma

The view and convenience of the restaurant and bar onsite.

The taxi cabb mafia outside the door. I can understand to charge a little more because of the hill but 250 pesos more to go to Troncones is too much. We walked down street to get into different cheaper cab and the followed us down the hill and would not let another cab pick us up. We had to use them and pay more because we were staying at Irma.

Very ambient atmosphere with a wonderful view of the bay. Large tasty breakfast and other menu items also good. Enjoyed the infinity pool, warm water temperature for swimming. Friendly accommodating staff!!! Walking distance to many restaurants.

The room was comfortable but a slightly larger TV would be an improvement and perhaps a few more hooks in the bathroom.

Great quality for price. Stunning view, nice pools and sun lounge area. My room had a private sun lounger area and sea view. Quiet and family-oriented. Friendly personnel and good bar service. Room was a bit dated but had all the amenities including much needed air con. They were helpful with suggesting the beaches to go to! Great location. Private access to beach, but has fixed time schedule. Either way, easy enough to get to the beach via public access.

Rooms and installations a little bit dated.

The location is perfect, close to the Beach and Town Centre. We had warm interactions with staff the full 14 day stay. My husband needed Medical Care & they helped with information. They gave me Lunch one day even though we had paid for Breakfast. Very accommodating. They also changed our Room to provide less steps for us to walk up.

They could have had more Vegetation options for snacks & meals. Most other Restaurant's in Town had more selections. The Coffee was terrible, cold most mornings.

Incredible breakfast. Great menu choices along with fresh fruit, coffee, warm tortillas! Lovely staff throughout hotel.

Highly recommend installing hooks in rooms. No place to dry wet clothes and towels as there was only 1 hook in entire place. With water recreation and humidity places to hang clothing is important!

It was a very nice hotel. The bar / restaurant was very good. Also the staff was very attentive and amicable. The pool area was excellent.

Could use warmer shower water, and more room to stow your gear. But overall. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with easy access to beach and town. Beautiful views of Zihuatenejo. Isaac on the staff made us feel very welcome and added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to beach, restaurants, downtown. Breakfast was great, 14 different egg dishes that you could try. Try Huevos Talavera or Oaxaquenos. The infinity pool is perfect place to end your day, especially with drink from happy hour menu. Beds were comfortable. Manager was excellent, spent many long hours there. Best beach was Playa la Ropa.

There are lots of hills in this area, part of Zihuatenejo's charm. Hotel is built in to cliff so there are lots of stairs, no elevators, good workout regimen if your room is on "piso ultimo" which ours was. Hotel could use some sprucing up as will likely happen now that they are getting busier.
