It is a very nice hotel right at the beach with excellent food

The place is amazing - The yoga deck is unbelievable and the level of yoga classes is great - The teachers are very flexible and they adapted the class for our kids too - The staff is very friendly - The good is high quality

Food variety is perhaps limited when you stay for a long time

A truly unforgettable experience. From before we arrived to after we left the staff did everything to make our stay memorable. Awesome location, great food, impeccably maintained, and above all peaceful and relaxing. Can´t wait to come back!

I wasn´t aware there was a daily cost for the dog prior to booking.

The service was really the best of the whole retreat, they gave all their best and this is the reason if we would come back.

unfortunately the owner really turned this place into a super highly priced place which is totally overrated for this area in Mexico. You can smell the drain in all of the rooms and some of the guests were complaining about cockroaches. For this high price you should get 5 star quality, but at the end it is just cabanas. On top it is really a cheek that it says that the breakfast is included but in real you only get a credit. With this credit you just can pay a cup of coffee and a fruit plate, everything on top you pay AGAIN.

horrible rooms. much more like communal camping. no walls so no privacy. can hear everything, see everyone and every light, hear showers and toilets in other huts. can’t play music or talk, no A/C. have to sleep under a mosquito net or you get eaten alive. bed is tiny, hard with poor quality linens, one night several kids are yelling and running around as the restaurant (which is good but crazy expensive) is open to all. staff did nothing about it pool has an algae problem and while they clean it, it is yellow and cloudy.

The restaurant, food and service was tremendous

The arrival experience was the worst i have ever experienced. The host announced out loud to a full lobby my nightly rate not once but three times in dollars and pesos even as i asked for confidentiality. My wife was approached by a stranger who told her we got ripped off compared to what they paid. Ruined the entire stay. Then after a brief escort to room with not even one mention about amenities or even wifi dumped us but then had nerve to return and tell me that because we were only staying one night we were a flight risk for room charges and could not charge to room and were required to pay with cash at restaurant. Finally, i had a slight case of travelers sickness so wanting to rest laid down, only to be awakened by the loudest and most non tranquil live band blasting horrible oldies rock and roll songs in english (even though it was clear they didn’t speak s word of english) totally out of key for several hours. It was like hell until they finally stopped two hours later. So off brand compared to everything you promise about peace and tranquility. I have never been so dissatisfied, disappointed, embarrassed and frustrated during a stay ever. At the price i paid, (obviously much higher than others) totally unacceptable.
