Check in quick, Wi-Fi works well, and room very comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast as we left very early for the flight. The nearest restaurants are Denny’s and Chilli’s right outside the door and there’s a 7/11 convenience store a 10 minute walk towards Guadalajara. There is also a nearby park if you fancy some exercise. There’s no fridge in the room but an ice bucket is provided and there’s a machine on the ground floor. Airport is 15 minutes by free shuttle which starts at 4am and goes every 30 minutes and worked well for us. We were also having a problem with a booking for El Chepe Train in Los Mochis. We don’t speak the language but we explained our problem to one of the reception guys who spoke excellent English. He picked up the phone and it was all sorted. From Start to finish, the staff and check in was 5 star. I had to get a covid test at GDL international and it proved to be the best choice for the location. Overall this staff was excellent, the cleaning service was excellent, and my trip to mexico was made easy for my return trip to SFO. Food for the breakfast was great and the service people were excellent too. Because I spoke spanish, I was able to get a little more from people like the food service as well as the cleaning service. I must say that the overall service was great and even when we had to check out, it went smooth and we arrived at the airport a little early and sat there and said, oh well only 3 hours to our flight outside. Even the security at GDL international was better than the security coming into Houston airport. I will avoid Houston at ALL costs. That was a third world airport and the overall Houston experience, well I was Robbed by TSA. So enough said.

Quiet hotel in general, close to airport, goof parking, and decent location (not scary), next to a couple of restaurants.

Breakfast starts too late for people who fly earlier than 6 or 7 am. There are zero options or to-go bags for such guests, even though the meal is included in the room price.

Unexpectedly I arrived very early in the morning and got a room for 2 nights. The lady at the reception was very kind and managed to fulfill my request. The free shuttle service worked very well. It took me only 7-8 min to reach the airport. Also pickup after 1hour business at the airport worked without any problem. A new job forced me to quit my stay one day earlier.. so the lady finally made a good deal selling me a second. Nevertheless she did a perfect and fair job!

breakfast toaster was not working

The property was very nice! It was in a great and convenient location. The staff was excellent; answering all of our questions and calling taxis for us! We loved the breakfast and happy hour!

we stayed for 1 week breakfast was good staff working the front desk and the housekeeper on the 5th floor was very nice, beds are very comfy the room is nice and clean…

shower head could use some attention also the last 3 days we stayed having only 1 elevator working was horrible, hotel was pretty booked and very unpleasant to have to make line to get to the room after a long day…

location is perfect! it’s close to the airport & near Pueblo magico- good food and shops!

The staff weren’t quick to help us— they were always “doing something”. They weren’t rude or mean but they did have us stand their a few minutes (no one else in the lobby) before they asked us if we needed something. We had just arrived, we clearly needed to check in.

Super close to airport and they had early shuttles ready to take you to airport as soon as 4 am free of charge.

I wish they had taxis readily available outside just to hop in and get going. Because of the location which is in the outskirts the hotel has to call the taxi for you. We waited around 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive when trying to get dinner.

Staff was great. We arrived quite early and were quickly checked in and given a key to our room. The shuttle driver was also very nice. He took us to the airport twice and brought us back to the hotel, even stopping by a 7-11 so we could buy a beverage. The pool area was lovely. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Nearby restaurant was superb. Their motto is “Making you happy makes us happy” and they succeeded in making us very happy!
