I loved how beautiful the hotel was but what I loved the most how friendly and helpful the employees are.

What I didn't like was that our room floor and bathroom floor was dirty. I took off my shoes and as soon as I walked to the restroom and then to my bed and climbed in the beautiful white sheets there was all kinds of dirt and hair on my feet. The floor felt very dirty.

So close to the airport. Very clean, amazing shower. Free Netflix and wifi, great restaurant with room service 24/7. Desk staff were friendly and could speak English. Free parking. The location of the hotel feels very unsafe so I wouldn’t stay there for a holiday as there is nothing within walking distance, however the hotel had everything we needed so we didn’t have to go anywhere once we arrived. We wanted something close to the airport to catch an early morning flight from GDL. Excellent proximity to long term airport car parks and shuttles.

It was a bit noisy on the ground floor where our room was but it didn’t bother us too much.

For the most part clean, I understand some stains are hard to remove especially from white sheets but it still left us wonder if they were really washed, but everything was clean everything went smooth and really nice staff and they take things very seriously which I'll mention under what I didn't like.

First of my 3 year old child was very noisy and when he didn't want to take a shower he cried with all his might making it seem as something else was going on and also he got one of his toys stuck on his 7 month old brother's hair which also made him cry very much and very loud, so after that passed we received a call for noise complaint I explained the situation and apologized everyone was calm and when I was putting my 3 year old to sleep that's when a knock came in, I opened a door and turns out I was reported I know who it was but I'm not going to mention full details in the end I wasn't pressed with charges but staff still didn't kick me out and followed through with their taxi service so in a way a appreciate that but still things escalated to more than it should have.

Close to the airport 😍. Transfer for free. Breakfast including. Staff helpful ☺️

The restaurant is very smelly of fried foods , terrible in the morning . The breakfast is ok but not great. We stayed on the new top floor , where during the night , you can feel the building shaking 🫨. The top step of the stairs is taller than the rest and tripping hazard ,(someone is going to fall there and hurt themselves badly) Please provide the new room with " please do not disturb sign"

It was close to the Guadalajara airport, but getting there was difficult. Even as it was close, walking was not an option, and no DiDi driver would pick us up. Taxis are expensive, even for this short trip. The shower was weak, but the hot water worked well. The hotel was pretty nice for what it was, and the check in went pretty smoothly, although it took quite a while. There were cockroaches roaming downstairs, but we did not encounter any in our room. The shuttle driver to the airport in the morning was reckless. He kept reading messages on his phone, and almost hit an airport vehicle because his eyes were buried in his phone. I decided not to tip him since he almost killed us with his recklessness.

Very clean, nice size room and large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Close to airport, shuttle service.

There were two upsetting financial things. 1- I was supposed to be charged in pesos as Booking app said but their system did not allow it and they put in dollars with a very bad exchange rate. The effect was an increase of 7.3% to my bill. When I complained they said they would check this problem for future customers but did not correct my payment. 2- The free shuttle service driver immediately requested, more like demanded, a tip when we arrived at the airport. I had planned to give him 20 pesos but only had a 500 pesos in my wallet. He said I should give him that because he could give me 300 change. That would have been a tip of 200 pesos which is outrageous. I did not do that but it is something to watch out for.

This Hotel is plain and simply put, the best option if you need to travel to the airport at ungodly hours. The free transport to it can depart at 2:50 AM if you wish so f you have to catch a plane, lets say at 5:00 AM. You can rest there, watch some tv, eat something, recover, shower and get ready to your flight with no worries. They got it all covered and it has an excellent price.

Like I said, there are no pools, bars or places where to spend your time. It's located nearby the airport on a very busy road so you wont miss a second. This can be a little boring for kids and they can make some noise during the night but It's totally understandable given the single purpose of the hotel.

I liked that my booking was set on different time accidentally and they still tried to get me a room

Didn't like yeaaaah let me tell u i like this place because I fly to LAX or arrive from LAX I could stay there, then take off to my home next day when it's say to drive to La Piedad Michoacán... price is going evey time I book there I've book like 4 times and I notice slight prices going up if I could get a membership I would get it...

Nice clean & modern hotel. Having a restaurant within the hotel was so convenient, and the food was decent! Alphonso is a super friendly and excellent employee, making sure we were taken care of promptly and thoroughly. He noticed we spoke English, so he jumped in to wait on us, alleviating the pressure of relying on my limited Spanish. Airport shuttle requested at 2 a.m. arrived in mere minutes. Great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport!

The front desk agent was so nice and had a very good attitude he’s awesome

The thing I wasn’t so comfortable with was the parking situation, since it was my first time there I wasn’t sure where to park, I went ahead and tried to figure it out and it looked like a junk yard since it seemed to be under construction so i asked front desk they said that’s where parking was, I think if you add a sign that indicates that is the parking it would help a lot
