For an all inclusive in PVR, great value. King size bed was a relief after sleeping on a full for a month. Courtyard/pool balcony view was nice but its not private if thats what you're looking for. Room was large and very clean. Its a dated hotel that is well kept. The buffet restaurant is well staffed and there is plenty of food. Some of it was hit/miss but they have a very good pastries and breads chef. The property is nice, it is old but taken care of. All inclusive on the booking.com site stated food included, which was a decent deal. I got there an it was food and beverage included. Well great! My plan was to sit by the pool and drink during the day, hit up the buffet 3 times a day, and relax in my room at night with a good book. So, yeah - free beers by the pool, fabulous! The staff was a great selling point. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they put up with my terrible spanish, kept me well hydrated, and even when they couldn't accommodate my request for a larger safe they were courteous.

Safe in room was broke and there was no backup. I had something of value (to me, minimal value to anyone else) and didn't have alot of options. I made it work, but even a mid-range chain hotel would have a solution so I found it strange. My personal pet peeve is poolside DJ's. Oh my gosh, its like an obnoxious wedding singer, its totally overdone and so not necessary.

The food was amazing!!! I've been doing the PV all-inclusive thing for a while and this was by far the best food I've ever had. Delicious! I've seen some reviews about the staff's level of English, but i don't speak Spanish (I try, but dot accomplish much). I didn't have any issues, everyone was very friendly and English wasn't a problem.

The WiFi needs a little work. Our room was in between access points, and our devices couldn't decide on a a AP. Wifi by the pool, and in the common area was great. Didn't detract from the experience, the Walmart sells the "Chip" (SIM) and the data packages are extremely reasonable.

the staff were very kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. the property was also very clean and well kept.

i didn’t like that they market that they have an entire spa on site (geared around couples) but then only had one massage therapist working. I booked this room in hopes of having a couples massage, as they advertise it, but was disappointed when they said that wasn’t possible due to only one individual staffing the entire spa.

This was a charming little property that had old world Mexico all over it. This was a great value for an all inclusive property that is just a few blocks from the ocean.

Seeing this was a smaller resort we had the pleasure of meeting other guests during their 3 pool side dinner events that also had live entertainment. You really couldn’t beat the price. This is an older property with dated furniture but definitely a great place to stay.

- Pleasantly surprised by the food selection, and choice of Mexican dishes - Friendly staff - Beach with a bar just a short hop, and never super busy

- Music played at the pool constantly, so not a great place for a peaceful relax - Drink selection was small and didn’t include mezcal (seems crazy in Mexico) - but I’m just being picky as everything was decent

I love the Location it is truly a charm place love all the trees, flowers the GREAT service we received from JOVANNY by the pool extremely attentive and always greeting us thank you. And the 2 male waiters on day shift in the restaurant portales who also were exceptionally great to us thank you both Antonio and Manuel were their names,( i think) lol Thank you for your great service

Our room 128 was nice clean but the mirror were a bit outdated And the people who invite you to take a tour of their sister properties a bit much when you trying to be there to RELAX

incredible staff, really good mexican food, good house wines, modela Negra on tap awesome, captain Morgan spiced rum top shelf excellente. won't hesitate to come back. they say mexican charm and they deliver. Thankyou to Monserrat, your welcoming smile made each morning a great way to start the day. Omlettes were also good in the morning.

no complaints, hey its not perfect, but its charming. A wonderful, wonderful stay. Our room # 243 was great, walk in closet, king bed, sitting area, balcony with table and chairs, hot water every day.

Excellent attentive staff. Wow! They made the trip. Decent food not 5 star but filling. Great bartenders. easy access to beach quick shuttle or walk. Great location to airport very close. Very traditional hotel not new conditions and simple clean rooms.

Not great access to water, they give you one bottle and have a fountain but it’s not good water. No fridge in room. They were inconsistent about closing times , on some days bar on beach open longer or closed early, same as bar on hotel. Still would go back.

The staff at this property are second to none. Very friendly, attentive to your needs. It was one of several stays we've enjoyed! We visited 5 years ago on our 30th wedding anniversary and at our daughters' requests (and expense) they spread rose petals in heart form on the beds, in a path from the door to the patio doors, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne followed by dinner in the garden. Absolutely delightful! This year was our 35th and our room was the same one as before and entirely on their own, the staff placed flowers again in the room, heart-shaped on the beds!!! Can't be more thoughtful than that (special thanks to Lucia at the front desk!).

Food selection is a mix of western and Mexican and has improved over previous stays but still is not served hot enough. Evening music is too loud even with our room quite secluded from the pool area. We're not beach people but if you are the beach access and area leaves a lot to be desired. All that aside, you'll be hard pressed to find a better property!!!
