Super nice/modern building. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds & amenities. Rooftop pool is gorgeous! Spent great time in the sun up there.

Location is decent, you are next to the main road into PV. If you prefer rolling out of your hotel and into smaller streets with bars/restaurants then this is not for you. But there was plenty stuff close by. Food Park in particular is great!

The pool area was very nice and not too crowded. Room was big and house cleaning immaculate. Location was good since I did not enjoy the old town that much and the restaurants bear the hotel was great.

Better access to the beach. Did trespass to get there. The legal option was not so great. Massive extra walk and you end up in the nasty part of the beach. Did stay most of the time by the pool.

Honestly everything was great. The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby was nice and modern. The room we first had was 2 beds and that was a nooo for me, so we were lucky we got it switch to king. That room was way nicer. They did say it was first come first serve from the outset. I do know a few people did complain they did didn’t get what they wanted, but rooms are still very nice and Queen isn’t end of the world. Also was pretty much fully booked so that’s a good sign usually. We didn’t include breakfast as we found it too pricy for what it was. Pool was amazing!! And music was not too loud. I do wish it was open a bit later. There are drinks and food to order. The gym wasn’t impressive to be honest, but not what I picked it for. There was room service and housekeeping was lovely. The shower and room was gorgeous. I would ask for a room closer inside as the roadway is noisy. Staff were friendly, but not super helpful about the city itself. Bus stop is right across the street or down the road. 15 min to airport by Uber. I suggest ubering or bus. The pool food was ok but not unreal, but drinks were good and reasonably priced. The proximity to downtown was far by foot 45min to 1 hour but quick Uber or bus. We loved the hotel, so would recommend. Check out Versalles neighbourhood for good food/restaurants. Wifi was perfect and strong and there is a business center. Rooms were exactly as picture which was nice!

Coffee at hotel was not good at all. The staff were not helpful as far as the city, but PV is very touristy anyways. It’s not easy access to beachfront, but we prefer the pool anyways and spent a lot of time there - just fyi though.

Very clean hotel in a great location. The room had a beautiful view from my balcony and was super clean. Breakfast included was great and had lots of options. Fruit, eggs, pancakes, pastries, cereal, juice and traditional Mexican foods. I would definitely get a room with breakfast included. There are 3 shopping malls within a 20 minute walk from hotel. The Food Park across the street is awesome for dinner (open 3 to 11pm). It is basically permanent food trucks with a bar, seating area and playground for kids. The roof top pool and hot tub are beautiful with lots of seating. The hotel has a gym which was perfect for a morning work out. Also, they have a cappuccino machine in the lobby to get your morning coffee to take back to room and relax on balcony. Overall, for the price this is a great hotel!

Nothing really. The only thing I would note is that it is on the main road of PV and there is street noise from your balcony. For me, I had no issues with this but some people might. Also, not directly on the beach.

We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was great to have a balcony and the view of the mountains, city, and ocean was gorgeous. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with live entertainment. The sunset views over the ocean were phenomenal. The modern design of the hotel was beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was no door separating the shower and sink area from the bed area. This was a drawback for us (two friends traveling together). There was a closet with two tall shelves, but we needed drawers to put our clothes in. The beach was right there behind the hotel, but there is no direct access for hotel guests to the beach, so we had to walk about twenty minutes to the public access point.

My partner and I picked this hotel mainly because of the WiFi. We both work remotely, so having blazing-fast internet is a top priority for us. This place has the fastest internet we've encountered in our two months of traveling in Mexico. The bedroom was super cozy, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a great variety, and the pool area and gym were awesome. Hands down, it's the best hotel we've stayed at so far.

They charge $1 usd per item for laundry service, which I find quite expensive. We discovered a laundromat in the shopping center across the street where you can do your laundry for 150-200 pesos.

Breakfast was OK. Little confusing regarding egg choices. For the rooftop pool bar, the food was great, (Cerviche-Excellent).

One Room card per check-in was inconvenient and stupid. Proximity cards were ok for the room doors but sensor in the elevators were difficult to use. Fortunately, my wife got a second room card which allowed us to move independently. The no-smoking policy on the balcony is ridiculous, even for cigars' That alone may be my refusal to ever book here again. The energy conservation system for the hotel kept the balcony lights on for the first two nights. Annoying for us, for light infiltration into the room. We had no control for the balcony lighting

Staff were very good. The rooftop pool was nice and we enjoyed it. I wish the pool was open even later in the night. The room was designed very well and it was very clean. I suggest put a coffee machine in the rooms. Also the free coffee was awesome and it would be great if it was 24 hrs instead of 7-11 am. The location was far from city centre however it was close to many good shopping centres and we really enjoyed the food at food park closeby. The hotel also provided access to the nearest beach which was a great perk and we appreciate it.

The only problem I can point out was the AC which acted awkwardly. It wasn't able to keep the temperature at optimal level.

The rooms were very spacious, great shower. Amazing view (we were lucky enough to be on the 9th floor). The rooftop pool was fun to have access to. The vibe was enhanced by the daily, early evening dj's and performers. The service was also very good. The entire staff seemed like they were enjoying themselves.

The breakfast was fine. Not great, not bad. A decent selection of food, none of it that tasty. The a la carte ordering of omelets and pancakes was the best part of the breakfast, and after the first day was strictly how we went about our meals. though there is a pool, there is no direct beach access. It is a very close walk to the beach, but there are no access to chairs or loungers, even for rent in the area. Had we realized how much of an inconvenience this would have been, it would have seriously made us reconsider our stay at this location.

The hotel and facilities are just as advertised. Amazing, friendly staff; clean, modern rooms, easy access throughout the property.

If you are noise sensitive, this is on the place for you. Literally right out front is a 6 lane major road way that never stops. Busier than the Last Vegas Strip. The noise carries and is very disruptive. The rooftop patio is also gorgeous - until the DJ starts @ 530PM and cranks the music to 11. You need to almost yell at anyone that you want to communicate with. It's really too bad as I would have spent WAY more time up there with the stellar vista views.
