Restaurant food is very good, Breakfast lunch and dinner huevos divorciados with chilaquiles were great 😊 💯 % family and very Comfortable,3 bed and 3 bathrooms beach view suite also grocery stores inside the location.

The hotel does not have a laundry-designed area but the receptionist sent someone to pick up my clothes and bring them the next day, another observation was the hotel has only one restaurant and is open 8- 10:00 pm 👎 so the bar is closed very early

Apartment was great, clean and plenty big for all of us. Location was lovely. Quiet but also an easy uber to everything. Pools were all super kids friendly

Restaurant was a little pricy, market onsite was limited, but there was a large supermarket across the road.

located in the hotel zone, the beach by the hotel is not as busy, which is great for us a shopping mall across the street from the hotel with all the necessities nice hotel grounds with several pools and a restaurant, kids can get noisy late in the afternoon

i just wish the description of rooms can be done better. we booked an apartment for 5, which comes with ocean view as a part of it. the one we had was on the ground floor, tugged inside, with a puny sight of ocean between buildings in front of us, in distance. at least that's not my idea of ocean view. it's a big compound with many buildings, a map indicating the locations of rooms will definitely help. if you want that "ocean front" ocean view or "overlooking the ocean" one, you need to ask many questions before you book.

This hotel consists of several buildings each with 3 floors ( no elevator for upper ones. We had a studio good size for two people. The room has a comfortable king bed , closet with safe and iron with board but no hair dryer. There is sitting area and kitchen that has fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker with filter, blender , lots of pans, plates , cups and utensils. The property is big and nice but needs lots of work snd maintenance . There are 6 swimming pools and 3 entrances to the beach .The location of the hotel is close to everything . There is plaza caracol across the street where you can find restaurants and soriana grocery shop. Also bus stop to go to the marina or to the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

The property is old which I usually don’t mind but it needs lots of work and maintenance. The steps to our building was missing one that we had to jump over to next step each time we go in and out of the building after few days they put blocks instead of the missing step. The hand rail to hold while stepping up and down was broken. There were lots if digging around the property which looks like they are changing the pipes but all left open also some holes here and there covered with wood boards so these really affect the property shape. The beach is full with stones that was hard to walk on it without shoes. Also the waves were always strong and hard to swim in it. There were lots of mosquitoes once we open the room door they get in , we had to use Raid .

The trees and grass are lovely. There was a deep great bathtub, very rare in Mexico! This was such a bonus. One is in the city but there is a quality of peace and calm at Los Tules. I like the low to the ground buildings how they feel somewhat hidden in trees. The beach is lovely. The flow of the property makes for small adventure. It is quiet. We will return.

One man at the desk had some attitude, but such is life.

Great location. Walking distance to grocery, convenience store, local restaurants. Bus stop directly across the street for cheap ride to Zona Romantica. On one side of the building the trees are filled with iguanas and turtles. The garden is so beautiful and lush, felt very well maintained. Staff came promptly to help with the safe and wifi connections.

Patio doors don’t lock from the outside. A minor inconvenience but walking around the entire building coming from the pool or beach was a minor inconvenience. First world problems, I know. Also the patios are not private. Our patio mates were great but we felt a little self conscious . Over all still a wonderful vacation.

if you are picky about being near a pool or having beach access be sure to mention it. there are 18 buildings and some are back from the beach and pools. The buildings on the south of property are close to the nightclub “Strana” and there is a lot of thump-thump from 10pm til 3am. Lots of people are reserving pool and beach chairs early, which there are signs that you can’t do that. Its not really enforced but many times in our stay we just took towels off and used the chairs.

Very safe for single female. Many pool choices. All pools were crystal clear. Ten minute walk to covid testing, where you do not need an appointment.

The beach is small and private. Although you can swim, it is not great for kids because there is a drop off and waves break close to the shore. It is a bit challenging getting in and out if the shore break.

It’s a beautiful place and the property is well taken care of with helpful staff.

The room we stayed in was very small but suitable. It needed some upgrades in the bathroom. Upon entering the room we had difficulty with the temperature controls of the fan and A/C. However, once someone explained how they worked it was fine. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and looked as if it was about to fall from the ceiling. We reported that and it was quickly repaired.

We loved the location and the peacefulness of the resort. So many pools and palm tree’s everywhere. A hidden gem. Rather than choosing an all inclusive we used the on resort poolside restaurant and took in so many other local restaurants like Senor Frogs, Bubba Gump Shrimp, D’z Route 66. Located between Marina and Malecon it was only a $5 Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. Rythms of the Night, RZR tour, and Casino were only a few more minutes to reach. Will be back for sure!
