The staff is very friendly. They allowed me to check in early and check out late without any additional charge. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures.

I did not like the stairs. After a few days, I got used to going up and down the stairs. The location was a little inconvenient for me. The neighborhood had some hills, and it was difficult to walk around.

This place is located north of the main part of the city and is really a area more of locals which I like. It is simple but has a nice little restaurant downstairs and they provide a simple breakfast. The area is close to Lopez Mateos and is very safe. I recommend their restaurant as well had the Happy Lobster which is nearby.

It is a value hotel so it is simple and I had no big expectations so nothing I did not like. No TV if that matters too you. Internet was good and I was able to use my computer.

The breakfast was perfect, mixed fruit. I actually missed breakfast, but when I went to check out, the lady at the desk insisted I have something before leaving. I chose a fruit bowl. It was delicious. I was having difficulty getting my uber app to work. She took over with her phone and BAM, I had a ride in 3 minutes. Really, I can't say enough about how much I loved this hotel and the family who runs it! If you are looking for elegance, this place is not for you. However, if you are like me and personal attention to the necessities is what you are looking for, this is the place!

There’s Is nothing that I did not like about the property. It’s a simple place but they have a nice little restaurant downstairs and Location is a little bit out-of-the-way from the tourist areas but very close to the beach and lots of other things.. If you prefer a big resort with a swim up pool bar this might not be for you. If you want a comfortable place to stay in a nice area and want to place with a good price, this might be your jam

It is nice that they include coffee and a fruit plate as part of the room cost. I stayed in a simple room however notice that they have other, and bigger options. I may stay in a one bedroom suite next time. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the local store and restaruant Langosta Feliz. Not to mention street vendors, head across the road near the Kiosko. I also liked their rooftop area. Great views and relaxing spot.

A pool on the rooftop would be epic however it was still and enjoyable spot.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly on arrival. The place has a welcoming feeling. The rooms are basic but clean and quaint. A continental breakfast was included in the price. Which was great. A freshly made fruit bowl was offered with a selection of freshly cut fruit yogurt, granola and honey. Also bread, coffee and juice. I had that, and also order some eggs with beans and bacon which was very good. Two families were in the breakfast room while I was there and so there was a nice family feeling. The building itself is well looked after and has a nice vibe. A nice family hotel to stay in. Recommended.

All the staff are wonderful. I really enjoyed the bowl of fruit and granola in the morning. Its about 10,000 steps to the downtown area, so not too far. Also the wifi was good.

We could hear everyone come in at night, so it was really hard to sleep. Our room was beside the stairs though. They also had the air conditioner locked on fan & at 25 when we arrived, but they unlocked it for us when we asked which was really nice.

For the price we paid it was great. There are other payable options that don't cost much. From the manager Gaby to all the staff they could not have been nicer. Thanks to all of you for your friendship !!!!!!

Lovely family run business. The people are soooo nice there. Value for money. The location is wonderful. Awesome view from the roof.. Many family run markets around to get your food. I loved it there and will definetly be my go to place when I return

I can't come up with anything I didnt like about the place. Exceeded my expectations

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was fruit and yogurt and sweet bread which was really delicious. Wifi was pretty good.

The rooms were very basic. Our shower had zero water pressure so was impossible to wash your hair ( I have long hair). Was around 20mins walk to main tourist area not much in the local area open after 9pm
