The breakfast provided was not adequate. The location was great. The hotel was very nice. Gorgeous view, nice beach. Our only complaint was that there was no control over who had access to the lounge chairs around the pool. By early morning all the chairs were already 'claimed' by guest who placed their towels on the chairs....often not even using the chairs until early afternoon. We found the lack of control of use to be really irritating and, frankly, extremely rude by other hotel guests who were preventing access for many hour of the day.

See comment above. Also, we were disappointed to not have an ocean view but I guess that's what happens when you book through an agency (in this case, Booking.com).

Nice clean hotel with a good pool and excellent view of the bay and a location so close to downtown and the malecon.

The Wi-Fi is terrible in the rooms. You had to go to the restaurant doorway to get any connection. Our television broke a week before we checked out and they never got it fixed or replaced. The restaurant is only so so but that didn't matter because there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

I loved that the hotel is right on the beach. I liked that there is a view to the beach if you get the right room.

I didn't like that the beds were a little too hard for me. Also, there was no bottled water, the water that was available is from the big 20L bottle that services all the room, this was not really hygienic for me since other guests will have to touch that bottle and Lord knows if they touch the mouth of the bottle.

- The ocean view room had a good size + lovely balcony. I appreciated falling asleep to the sound of the waves :) - The hotel has a cute vintage quality to it - Location is absolutely perfect - The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the pool (until tons of unsupervised kids transformed it into a daycamp 😅)

- The included continental breakfast and coffee were of very poor quality. Would have preferred a coffee maker in the room. - Some of the equipment has seen better days, renovation/upgrades needed (stairs, pool chairs, balcony chairs, remotes) - I stayed an extra night and they charged me almost 3x what i had paid for the first.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. My room was clean and housekeeping did a good job maintaining it. All of the staff was friendly. Also I love being able to access the beach so easily. Plus there are plenty of restaurants near by.

I believe the hotel is used for functions and possible to rent out the pool area. There was a wedding going on at the pool. The next few days there were a lot of people at the pool. At times the music and people could get rather loud. Normally the noise stopped about 9 or 10pm, so it wasn't too bad for me. If noise bothers you then I highly suggest not having a room near the pool or restaurant area. I can't speak for all of the rooms, but my room was located near the pool area and I could hear everything.

The facility was clean and surprisingly well kept. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent and very convenient with shops, stores, restaurants, and even a grocery store within one block of the hotel.

Due to covid protocols the beach access door by the pool stays locked until you ask an employee to open it for you which is somewhat inconvenient. However, there is a direct beach access just beside the hotel so it's not too bad.

The location a few blocks north off the Malecon and almost across from a Lays, plus food outlets was great. Room was very basic but comfortable, large and very clean.Pool was good for swimming and lounges available after a notice was put out about overnight laying out of towels discouraged. Breakfast a minimal continental style that we added to with our own purchases of fruit, jam and cheese. Meals and drinks very good and reasonable. All together suited us just fine.

A small fridge in the room would have been great and upped the rating. Also disappointed the bar/restaurant closed at 7pm.

Perfection location, staff was friendly and detailled. Restaurant on location very friendly service and attentive to guests. Wheter you have a balcony or beach front view, it was just so relaxing.

Being a beachfront property and as much guests that stay here. I would recommend and upgrade in all rooms, such as adding refrigerators, a microwave and basic appliances for guests to have in their rooms. Maybe painting the rooms to a more modern color to make the rooms stand out. Maybe upgrade the televisons in the rooms from 32 inches to 43 or 50. Other than that everything else was great!

Location was perfect for us. Big grocery store across street and oxxo steps away for morning coffees. The start of malecon was 2 blocks away. Rooms were a good size and nice pool area overlooking beach.

Breakfast was not worth it and service wasn't good at restaurant. Many other better options nearby. When checking in I accidentally entered the wrong pin on my card, no fault of the hotel but booking.com then canceled my reservation immediately. The hotel honored the previous price but when I reached out to booking.com for help there was zero response or help in anyway. Now my booking will not count towards my genius rewards.

Excellent location on the beach. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful! The pool and pool area were very welcoming. Our room was comfortable. The included continental breakfast was nice. The large refrigerator in the room was awesome. it was nice that filtered water was readily available using the included pitcher.

The coffee was terrible! The restaurant needs more staffing to cover the breakfast rush. The wifi was a bit spotty.
