The food was really good, and not huge portions so you can squeeze in a dessert without feeling like you'll pass out. The staff are AMAZING, our receptionist was so sweet and helped sort out an issue I had (completely my fault) with the booking and even got us an upgrade for just a teensy bit more money which was well worth it. The welcome massage gets you right into vacation mood. Enrique at the bar is so knowledgeable and welcoming, and the attendant at the pool just goes the extra mile. The vibe is definitely more calm, it's not a party place so be prepared to relax.

Lots of older Americans visit, which we figured would be the case (we're Canadian/Mexican). But we definitely felt a bit of the cliche American entitlement from a few guests. Though it was never an issue, just something we'd raise an eyebrow at.

The property was beautiful. As a solo traveler, I was somewhat wary of going to a “romantic” hotel, but this was more than perfect! The view and sounds of the ocean were so soothing. Check-in was amazing from the welcome drink to the welcome massage. Concierge upgraded my room and it was so beautiful! Huge with a jacuzzi & ocean view. ALL of the staff were so kind, friendly and the service was impeccable. And the food was top tier! I enjoyed it so much that I will stay here any time I come to Puerto Vallarta!

There was absolutely NOTHING bad at this property!

Large breakfast menu - all delicious! We also really liked our dinners. The live music was a nice touch. Staff was all very friendly and attentive. It was great to see a ton of returning guests as well. Resort was very well kept.

One of the restaurants was closed during our stay, which we were not made aware of. Thankfully we were only there for 3 days and the other restaurants had more than enough options! We could also hear the connecting room quite clearly, which made for a lack of privacy.

I liked everything about Villa Premiere: location, views, breakfast food - and especially staff. They work super hard making hotel residents’ stay enjoyable. Thank you, guys!

what an exceptional experience! First of all the service and people were so nice and welcoming. The pools are small but you have access to the other pools at the sisters property next door. We were upgraded to the master suite and it was a spectacular birthday surprise. I fully recommend getting the suite for the sunset veranda with its own huge blue tiled jacuzzi. We went to the spa twice because they were so relaxing.

Swim up bar could stay open longer.

location, large rooms, comfortable beds, clean, great balconies with full view of Banderas Bay, convenient to restaurants, town, great food at hotel and fun pool bar. Small, adults only.
