The hostel is overall great when compared to what is offered arround Mexico City! It has an amazing terrace from which you can see the whole center. The rooms are the usual hostel like and the service people are amazing! Also if you don't bring a towell you can also get one in the hostel, just leave cash that will be return in the end of your trip. Also, breakfast is included which is cool

The area is super noisy, if you have troubles with that, I wouldn't choose this room/hostel. I was there when they had a huge party in mexico city, so not the best time possible ahaha but still. Also, the room weren't very tidy, and also the bathrooms.... A bit disgusting. It's a good option if you're staying short term!

Set in the heart of the Historic Centre, the location could not have been better! The morning breakfast was much tastier than most other hostels. Whoever chose the music in the restaurant did a great job! The cleaners did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The coffee machine in the kitchen was my happy place.

It's not an ideal hostel for early risers! Breakfast is at 8am, and the upstairs only opens at the same time. What's more, the shower takes forever to heat up! The phone chargers by the bed worked slowly. The elevator is out of order a lot. These are minor problems, and I recommend this hostel to anyone.

nice breakfast, great terrace bar. value for money. staff were lovely, especially the doorman, Julio. The staff also booked a taxi for us (last minute) for the airport and we were very grateful,

The tap in the room spurted everywhere which was irritating. From 6am there was a lot of noise which woke us up lots of times as downstairs echoes a lot. Also on the day we checked out, we had to pay to go into the hostel bar which was a shame considering we were guests.

A vibrant hostel perfectly located next to a number of major sites, including ancient Temple Mayor and historical Metropolitan Cathedral. Very safe, has 24/7 security and manned reception, also has two restaurants: an all-day cafe at the entry level and a rooftop bar in the evenings. Rotating breakfast every day, ranging from eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and cereal to enchiladas. The rooftop terrace is the best in town! Amazing views, good food, affordable drinks, good vibes. You can also eat your own foods at a rooftop one level lower to save money. Decently priced.

The building is old which is fine, but the plumbing may cause issues - we had quite a smell in our bathroom for some days from the floor drain. Gets VERY busy and loud on Friday -Saturday, it's a party hotspot with blasting music until late night. The rooms are very basic, it's best suited for sleeping only, not spending much time in there. The main plaza in the front gets closed off for most nights which may make it more difficult to get back by Uber/taxi.

Amazing location with fantastic views from the rooftop bar. Friendly helpful staff. Clean albeit small double room. Good security arrangements in the hostel . 24 hr doorman. Wrist bands etc

If you really want and peace and quiet be aware its very noisy in this hostel, both in terms of any noise echoing in the atrium and stair well which all rooms open onto. Also roof top bar is more of a nightclub at weekends and is very noisy depending on what floor you are on, until the early hours

Room came with a great bathroom, spacious and never an issue sharing. The staff were really helpful when asked questions, the balcony view was lovely. You can not beat the location.

Beds uncomfortable, only provided with 1 x sheet and then on the bed is a pillow (which I imagine the case is not being changed) and blanket that is not likely washed. Would benefit from giving out a second sheet. Noise travels throughout the hostel at all hours. Even with ear plugs remained very noisy. No social activities for solo travellers, not a very good social atmosphere.

The location is everything! Also, the fact that there’s a lively bar on the roof with a great view was excellent because on some days we would go up and have some drinks and not worry about finding our way back. The room, shared bathroom, and shared showers were all clean.

Nothing. We took a private room with a shared bathroom. It was quite small, but the window overlooking the atrium was big so it was a perfect place to just safely keep our luggage during the day and sleep at night. It important to note that the windows are all overlooking an internal atrium (all rooms are facing each other) so you have to close the window while you change, otherwise the other people can see you. You could hear the music from the bar on roof a little bit, but not enough to keep us awake, so no complaints. We didn’t need more than that and it was great value for money :)

I adore the staff's warmth. Despite my 5 AM arrival due to a delayed flight, they handled it seamlessly. When I needed to depart early, a staff member accompanied me to the taxi, navigating around road closures. The breakfast, diverse and featuring fresh fruit daily, was a delight. The spotless kitchen, fantastic terrace, cathedral view from my room, and the overall cleanliness impressed me. After my initial stay, I decided to return before leaving Mexico. An excellent experience; I wholeheartedly recommend it.

the location was amazing. the staff were really good and attentive and were more than happy to help with people with little Spanish!

the only downside was a person in the same room as me in the bunk below would take a phone call at 3am every night and not get up and leave the room. they just stayed and talked for around 20 minutes and then when you thought you could get back to sleep they would take another phone call for another 5 minutes. not the hostels fault but maybe it would be good if there was signs up saying to think about the people in your room when taking late calls

Amazing hostel, definitely recommend! The facilities are great, such as the kitchen, the big sunny balcony, the rooftop bar and the breakfast/coffee/bar spot on the ground floor. The included breakfast is really good and changes every other day so you get some variety. There are quite a lot of rooms but the hostel is quite calm and it doesn’t seem crowded at all. We had the small private bedroom and although pretty small, it did the job for sleeping. It was also cleaned everyday with fresh towels, which is nice! If you want a chill hostel in el centro, I definitely recommend.
