So clean! And the staff is so nice. The only thing is the noise of the street El Salvador which is known for the speakers and electronic devices sold there. They do not respect anybody so they display their products with the highest volume ever and the most popular music. If you are looking for a silent place, do not ask for a room facing the street. But, it is an excellent option. The location is great, if you like to walk and are a curious person, plus, the bus stop is almost right in front. There are several subway stations: San Juan, Juárez , Bellas Artes, as well as Macrobus lines and the Trolley to Central del Norte or Central del Sur runs just around the corner on Eje Central. It has a very clean restaurant and you have all the Centro Histórico to enjoy.

The noise of the businesses but it is not their fault.

The bed and bathroom are very clean. The inside decor of the room is also very good. The staff is helpful. Though most of them don't understand English but they try to help. The hotel has a restaurant where you can get a sumptuous breakfast. The location is excellent and at the heart of the downtown and you can reach most of the historical places on foot.

An electric kettle would have been very helpful for the boarders. No glass or cup saucers provided in the room.

The staff is really kind and helpful. From the restaurant to the reception, not forgetting the housekeeper Alicia, that made my stay more comfortable. I loved their breakfast variety. Got to try most of their food and fell in love with Mexican cuisine and that special mix of fruits juice Don Luis recommended me! 😍 Best part: I missed my flight and had to go back to the hotel. They accommodated my belongings in a different room while I tried to take advantage of the situation and left early morning to the museums. The picture is from the second room I was in for one night.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer!

Cute, clean and quiet. Excellent location. You have the option to include breakfast which I would probably get next time as it was difficult to find open places to eat early. The Metrobus stopped right in front of the hotel when we arrived from the airport.

No AC, fan or heat

I loved everything. Breakfast was okay not wow, but it was great to get up and have the breakfast ready. Fair price

We had a room by street view, it was SUPER noisy, not matter what time of the day or night. Because there were so many audios and speaker shops around it, but we asked for another room, and they kindly gave us another one without charge.

The staff was very helpful, considering the language barrier, the location was what i expected, it allowed me to walk the streets, and observe the ordinary people going about their daily lives, the room is on the small size, but more importantly the bed was comfortable

The vehicular traffic was a challenge at times

It was super close to the zocalo and bella artes so walking around wasn’t bad. The entrence of the hotel was really nice and inviting, although at night the area was super dark but not unsafe.

Good position to visit Mexico City city center by walk, bus or metro. The area is safe, a bit loud during the day but very quiet at night, we had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was very good and we really appreciated the hotel restaurant, open at convenient time in the evening. Very clean facility.

Breakfast begins at 8.00am that can be inconvenient if you are planning to make early morning tours of the city or of the main attractions of the area (most close at 5pm). nevertheless, the staff was very helpful and let us have breakfast a bit earlier one day.

The front desk service is good and you can speak English. Breakfast is served. Breakfast is good. The location is good, and it is very close to Zocalo.

The block is very noisy. Someone started playing music at five or six in the morning. Afternoon, too.

The hotel is in the midst of electronic stores with loud music going on during the day. But I hardly heard anything from our room. However, the rooms have thin walls as you can hear conversation going on in the adjacent room.

Bathroom is on the smaller side, but still very doable.
