I was looking for a place to work remotely (or not), meet cool people and chill for a few days and Humant was just the right spot. You are super close to stuff but not in the caos of touristic Cancun. The staff is super friendly and go the extra-mile to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Isaac (manager) is amazing, just a really nice person. He was constantly checking in making sure my stay was going well and They provide you with tips on things to do around the area, how to get around, places to eat, etc. The facilities really feel like a community of interesting/diverse/friendly people from different backgrounds. I would definitely go back.

Quiet location in uptown residential area. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Decent lounge/working area. Guests were friendly mixture of remotely working people and travelers. Spacious rooms (big enough for some yoga) with air-conditioning, excellent mattresses to our liking. Well equipped kitchen with filtered water and fruits provided. The team spoke perfect English and was great in every aspect.

No hair dryer in our room. no big deal because of the climate. Location-wise you are not in the middle of the Canún-action, which we actually liked.

Location was good as it wasn’t far away from the bus station where you get directly to down town or hotel zone. Rooms and the house nice and clean and had a really nice Ambiente. I was a big fan of the bathroom, nice spacey and super water pressure. The biggest plus goes to the owner though. He was so helpful and nice! Without him we literally wouldn’t be able to stay as our card didn’t work anymore and he tried his best to help out situation. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you!

Super clean/cozy and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They are there for every need of mine. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Issac give us great tips about traveling around Cancún. The service and hotel personal was excellent and I felt very comfortable staying there. Thank you so much again

Where do I even begin? The place is spacious, comfortable, and always clean, the workstations are better than what I have at home, there is coffee and fruit every morning, on-site laundry, Jose is welcoming, responsive, and friendly (he regularly takes his guests out to enjoy Cancun). I felt like a part of the family right away. Come to think of it, I’m not sure why I’m leaving. 15/10

This place was great and we really liked our room and rooftop terrace. The staff running the place were really awesome and helpful. Isa was really nice. Our main priority was strong internet and this place provided it. Walking distance from restaurants and commercial areas and a very quiet residential area. We highly recommend

Manager Isaac is super friendly and accommodating. The WiFi is lightning fast and the location is great, with easy access to groceries, restaurants and a convenience store. All facilities are clean and the location is safe and secure. Overall, would recommend for anyone visiting Cancun looking for a great value stay.

The location was in a nice residential area in Cancun. I was very pleased with the layout and construction of the house. Rooftop deck views were very nice! Host Jose is amazing, and kind.

My room was on the 4th floor and there were 35 stairs (I counted) to get to the room. It’s great exercise but I have arthritis in both ankles.

staff members were less intrusive yet very helpful when needed.

- shower wasn't as powerful as expected (maybe because it was penthouse) - slight noise experienced during late night & early morning ＊pls note that very 1st place I stayed in Mexico so I don't have anything to compare with

I've had the most fun, exciting experience spending time in a great place with an exceptional staff that I'm still in touch with!

There's some load neighbours with music... but it actually fits to the general atmosphere of the amazing city of Cancun.
