I really like the location of the hotel, the amenities were good but I believe some components of the apartment should be renewed or repaired. For example, the door of the master bedroom closet was broken. Some window shades were also broken. The knob of the louver window of the 2nd bedroom was stripped. The vase of the blender was old and cracked, it spilled fluid. The furniture could use some deep cleaning or renovation.

Felt very safe and secure. The internet worked great! This was important since we were working during our stay and needed internet that could support video calls. We also liked how much room there was and enjoyed spending time on the balcony.

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom in the bedroom to the left when you walk in. Seemed like it was coming from the drains or something and likely out of the control of the owner, but unpleasant nonetheless.

We lost our phone and couldn't communicate with the host. He came to the property to find us. Our original room had a water problem so he gave us another one half a block away with an extra bedroom for the same price. It was clean and spacious. It had a washer and dryer that worked well.

Fabulous location in a quiet, safe neighborhood 2 blocks from fifth near ferry terminal. Nice large condo. The beds in one room were extremely hard and uncomfortable but the master bed was comfy. Condo is very tired and basic with several things not working, but it was fine for our needs for 2 days waiting to head to a riviera resort.

All correspondence we had was from Anah Luxury, but this is not the Anah luxury property. Kitchen counter was cracked, couch was stained, light not working in master bath, toilet paper holder broken, problems getting drawer to stay shut, the patio did not have a table as shown in photos, kitchen chair broken, make sure to bring your own pool towel and toiletries as none are provided

The size of the condo was great for four people. The front staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a terrific location.

The water pressure was poor and the kitchen supplies were sub-standard. All the knives in the kitchen were dangerously dull. There was only one hand towel and no dish towels. No dish soap was left and the one sponge for washing was very dirty. The faucet was coming off the sink. There was not enough toilet paper for four people.

The apartment is huge. Also: has access to a nice rooftop swimming pool and ample parking space. Very nice staff on site. Super-close to the Mega market, though I'd recommend other guests to walk to a nearby Walmart (more products, lower prices).

Facilities inside have seen better days. There's spots of dirt and small issues everywhere. Also: for such an exorbitant price, having no access to an electric kettle or a simple cutting board is, to me at least, just weird. Unlike some other guests, we didn't have problems with water (though there was a partial power outage in the building that resulted in no access to running water for 3 hrs or so. Minor inconvenience, compared to other issues.

Lots of broken stuff (toilets, safety box). The apartment door was not closing if not locked. The oven was smelling like fish. Cleanliness was questionable. The room was not available upon arrival.
