Super friendly staff, great cleaning, nice pool and terrace, spacious room, comfortable bed, silent air condition, shower with much water pressure, toilet and shower in separate rooms. Beside that, very calm area, close to the beach and Quinta but far enough away from nightclubs to sleep properly. Very close to OXXO and the ADO alterna bus terminal (3 minutes by feet). Pet friendly! :)

Everything was delightful. Really liked this hotel, feels like a gem in the Center of town. Location is phenomenal, the hotel looks and feels great, and although there was some construction going on in the main terrace, it was still very accommodating and will be looking absolutely stunning. Comfortable and clean rooms, water gets hot and has full pressure (which is rare in these parts). Overall totally recommend this hotel, and I can't wait to be back around the New Year's.

beautiful little property with rooftop pool. currently the new owners are upgrading everything and adding a restaurant and bar near the pool. great place was only 26 rooms very comfortable loved loved loved the bathtub. The hotel is far enough away. We’re not going to hear noise at night, but close enough to walk to every restaurant and bar that you would like. I highly recommend it

Location, location, location.

Loud music until midnight, clorine in the pool too high, no advance warning about stairs to get to any room (an older lady and her mom left the hotel because of both, the noise and the staircase). Wall sink faucet mounted not appropriate, unexpected water pressure might get you all wet.

The pool and rooftop bar area were beautiful and well maintained. A total pleasure. I have to say, our room was very clean, the mattress, pillows and linens were perfect. The air conditioning perfect, the hot water for a shower perfect. The walls and ceilings appeared to be freshly painted. So I guess the hotel was ok and met our expectations. The location is really good and overlooks the central plaza

But the property appears rather shabby on a whole. The toilet valve in our bathroom was broken. The spout on our bathroom sink directed the water either into our face, or all over the counter top. The remedy appeared to be a cloth rag placed on top of the vanity to soak up all the misdirected water. Window coverings in some rooms appeared to be rotting. The water system shut off during the night and made horrible noises. One incident in particular tells it all. We took our own purified water to the room, because none was supplied and the water cooler in the lobby was totally empty. Of course in Mexico, we wanted to brush our teeth with purified water instead of tap water. There were no glasses or even plastic cups in our bathroom. When I went downstairs to ask for a plastic cup, reception told me there are no cups. I responded that I had never been to a hotel that didn't supply a cup for the bathroom. She responded, this hotel does not supply a cup, go to the store, you can buy a cup. Little things matter and their attitude about not giving us even a cheap disposable plastic cup for the bathroom and telling us to buy one, made us feel bad about staying there and made us feel that there was a sense of hopelessness about the place. We are frequent travelers and I don't think I've ever made a critical review about even budget hostels where we've stayed. So, if you want a good value in a great location, stay here, don't notice the small things, bring your own plastic cup.
