The design of the building, interior design, and service were amazing in all areas, The restaurant has very delicious food. The front desk people were very friendly and attentive to all our requests. They really pay attention in every detail or request one might have.

A little bit of noise in the first room we had, but as soon as I mentioned they made arrangements for us to have a pleasant night :) and changed us to another one. The pool was a little bit small too.

The location is great for being in the center of Merida. The decor is modern and fresh with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and work to meet your expectations. The drinks at the bar were nice on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious and large portions. Luis always made sure we were taken care of.

It's a smaller hotel and not all rooms have a king size bed. You will need to check directly with the hotel to confirm if a queen or king is available. We were a group of 4 and the hotel only had 3 bikes for complimentary use. It was not a problem though because the city is so easy to walk.

We stayed one night in this beautiful and luxury place. Alejandro, at the reception, gave us a lot of good advice to visit the city and for the rest of our trip. The hotel is really nicely decorated and located near the historical center. We recommend the hotel bar as the cocktails were amazing, the view really nice and the pool with changing colors very relaxing. The breakfast was included and the food and service were amazing. A big thanks to the hotel staff and especially Alejandro for being so kind, helpful, always smiling and professional.

The downside is that if you are travelling with friends, the room is not very convenient as there is no separation between the bed and the bathroom, only a glass door. One of us had to wait outside the room while the other was getting ready. It feels like the room was designed by a male architect and for male visitors or couples. There is no proper lighting in front of the mirror over the sink, there is a weird shadow. There is no full length mirror, the towels are a bit small and not a lot of hooks to hang them. These are small details, but it could really make a difference.

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!

None stop techno, all the time, had to ask repeatedly for the music to be turned down so we could sleep

Well prepared and thought of! Area is close to Los Coloradas, Hotbox,Valladolid, Cancun, Bacalar by Car 2-4 hours if you truly want to see many places. It also resembles old town like Cuba. Everyone are friendly and very respectful. It’s a good place to drive and see so many beautiful cenotes.

Maybe play some chill ambient music in am ?

Great location and design, lovely little restaurant (get the pancakes for breakfast!) and funky rooftop bar. Really nice room, loads of space and every amenity needed. Super quiet aircon important in Merida! Highly recommended

This is definitely the definition of a boutique hotel. My expectations were low but after staying there for two days, my mind was totally changed. Friendly staff. Great food. Chic environment. Trendy.

It can get noisy so ask for a room that avoids as much noise as possible although if your upstairs it’s unavoidable due to the pool and bar, but the staff maintains control of noise well it’s just individual patrons who may be more to blame for noises from the roof area and pool area.
