First, location, location, location! It's perfect. Very close to Centro (downtown), lots of good restaurants and cafes just next door and across the street. Oxxo (7/11) just 2 blocks away and Walmart is 4 blocks away. Facilities are very good, pool is nice, staff is very friendly and welcoming. We liked our room, it had a great view of the Boulevard, but it was a bit noisy on weekends when there was a band playing in the Hennessey restaurant next door. WiFi was good, we lost internet only once or twice in our 31 days stay in hotel. To conclude, we like the hotel very much and have already booked 5 weeks stay in 2024.

If we could change something, it would be to have a chest of drawers and more hangers in the room, adding more light fixtures and to have more consistent hot water in the shower. For the longer stays, coffee maker and mini fridge would be great to have. And, please replace the noisy toilet /shower fan with a more quiet one.

The location is perfect. On the paseo de montejo, shopping, dining, and easy access South to the city center and North words towards the malls and westernized restaurants etc and the wonderful Mayan Museum.

Nowhere to sit in the hotel room except for the desk chair. The problem with tile floors is you can hear everything including doors shutting, people talking in the hallways etc. No really efficient lighting over the bed to read, and not enough flat surfaces to distribute your belongings if you plan on staying more than a couple of days. Had to request a duvet cover,

I like the location and the staff. I like the restaurant breakfast special. I like the big glass window in the room.

The room and furnishings are getting old. Need new towels, those are totally worn. The tv wifi needs to be upgraded from cable to internet Tv. That will give the customers choices in their language.

The staff was nice. The location is centric, it's at a very convenient spot. There are lots of nice restaurants, museums, pharmacies and a Walmart within walking distance. Very safe area too.

The room wasn't as spacious as it seemed on the booking site. You can hear the people in next room shower or flush or move anything in their room. Didn't like that. Made sleeping difficult.

Excellent location, hotel staff, , free car park. within walking distance of restaurants, banks,pub,shops ,Walmart.

Bathroom /toilet smell , lack of cupboard space if you are staying longer than a week.No Coffee/Tea facilities, no ice machine available on the floors.

Spa tub jets did not work, so basically no spa tub. Plastic tulips were in poor taste, especially since there are so many flowers growing locally. There was no drinking water provided, and the room service told me they only serve quesadillas, not even a local dish, no other food.

The parking lot is behind the hotel. If you have heavy bags is an inconvenient. Also the a/c was not working that well. It was noisy and the swing was broken so the air was directly pointing to the beds. Kind of annoying

Most comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Hot water and cold A/C. Door kept out noise from hallway and other rooms. Nice pool and patio.

Shower doors leaked lots of water. Don’t choose the included breakfast option. It’s way overvalued. Smallest Mexican breakfast ever! Other guests were demanding a refund.

Cleanliness and room location

Buffet breakfast, expensive, there are not too many variety or food options and waiters take too much time in serving coffee or other table wear

Excellent ubiquitous. Nice hotel. Clean and quite. The internet service very good. Security inside and outside. Breakfast service is good.
