Perfectly located. We extended our stay which was easy to manage with the hotel (3 nights in total). We heard the bar around the corner Just once and only until 9 or 10 pm. Yes, you can hear everything on the hallway but there was almost nobody so we slept really Well.

The Pool area is not that beautiful but we didn't really use it. The water pressure in the shower was little and only sometimes warm.

The areas around the pool and the general vibe of the place is so relaxing and conducive for reading and writing. Having the Santa Lucia Park right across the street is a great advantage. The next-door coffee place was very nice and letting me have hot water for my tea. I tipped them but they didn’t charge me.

The kitchen is not currently open, which I think is because of the pandemic. But it would’ve been nice to have hot water for tea in the lobby. Other than that, I think this place is magnificent. The amount of open space to enjoy the outdoors is great, but if guests decide to make a lot of noise everyone suffers. The property is great, but can only be as comfortable as the other people allow it to be.

the pool was quite dirty, entering at night is very dangerous where you have to insert your key in the back of the flat to get light and electricity (terrible and dangerous idea) but overall no other complaints about the flat

spacious room with king size bed. the shower pressure was great. the fridge is a plus. the location is close to everything.

the staff didn’t speak much English and they didn’t have our reservation down for some reason so it took a while for us to get checked in. the parking lot is not connected so after parking, you’ll need to walk around the block to get checked in. better to drop off the luggage first then go parking.

The front desk clerks were friendly and informative, especially Emilio the location is very close to many parks and restaurants great value

I loved that this hotel was central to everything and easy to access, walking distance from restaurants, plaza, and shopping center.

The hotel did not have hot or warm water, I took cold showers. I did not like taking cold showers.

Very cheap hotel which has everything you need. The room was pretty clean and simple. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, but this is reasonable considering the price. The pool is clean and very pretty, loved that area because it was very traditional Mexican. The location is excellent.

The hallway and common areas could be cleaner and better taken care of but this is completely reasonable as our stay was very cheap. Definitely worth the price.

Very nice, clean rooms. bed was very comfortable with nice linens. location was great on the main calle but yet was not noisy. Pool area was gorgeous. No hot water in the shower otherwise would have given it an excellent rating.
