The room was a great size with a nice view of the pool and easy access to anything I needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping super kind and attentive. Shower pressure good. Loved the option of fan or AC. Loved the outdoor decor and quick access to food across the street and dancing next door. And the travelers that stayed there were all pretty social, so it was a really nice experience all around.

The rooms don't have a safe, fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. Not a huge deal, but a surprise. None-the-less I loved my experience and plan to stay at the hotel property when I return. It was lovely.

The pictures reflect the hotel. This hotel is very clean. The staff at the front desk are helpful and everyone works hard. The swimming pool is clean and a good temperature and wonderful on a hot day. The beds are the best I’ve slept in as a traveler. There was always hot water in the shower. It’s a good location near the centro and downtown. You can walk to el mercado and bus stations. There are very good restaurants across the street and nearby. The a/c and fan both work well. There are seating areas for eating/chatting around the pool and there are several beach chairs as well. Sofia at the front desk speaks English and is helpful as are all the staff. Its a very good place to stay…if you don’t mind the music next door at night.

The hotel is wonderful but there is a loud social club next door. The music is loud. Very loud. Bring earplugs or listen to your own music. Ask at the front desk to let the manager of the club know it’s too loud and they will turn the music down. Don’t hesitate to ask.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, perfect location half a block to a plaza with good outdoor restaurants.

As clean as it was, we had a little issue with some tiny ants on our first day noticed them on the bathroom sink. Staff were really helpful and disinfected. They seem to do their best to keep it clean but is definitely an old building and some things do look old. But for the price, location, and friendly staff I was happy with my stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and can totally recommend it. The check-in was easy, the rooms are clean and have everything you'll need. The location is perfectly to the city center in the middle of a lovely neighborhood. We also really liked the pool, which was bigger then expected und barely used from someone else.

It could get a bit loud at night, but as we enjoyed the music it wasn't a problem for us at all.

There was no breakfast... the staff was wonderful and the hotel is in a great location. I loved the pool and swam in it every day. I loved Sophia and Oswaldo in particular, they were great!!!!

The lighting in the room wasn't very nice. Needed better lighting, plus the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it leaked a lot everywhere whenever I took a shower...

There was no breakfast you had to go out for breakfast. There are great restaurants in walk distance. Loved the location and hope if all goes well this year I will be booking the same place for next Jan. 2024.

I really have no complaints. I guess if the price was less would be nice. Maybe a little quieter at night would be nice. All in all, it was a good vacation.

Hotel is in a good location and anything needed is available in walking distance. Staff was friendly and the rooms were a good size and very clean. There was no problem checking in when I arrived in the city after the listed check in time.

The pool was located right outside the room I was staying in and there was noise associated with that, but the pool does close at a reasonable time so it was not an issue sleeping.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It was clean and I felt very safe. The restaurant next door was a huge bonus! They taught free salsa and tango classes and then had dancing afterwards. If you want to go dancing at a safe place, you don’t have to travel far at all from this hotel. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Merida!

Everything was great!

Great central location, within walking distance to everything. It was close to the action yet far enough that it was quiet at night.

Like most places in Merida, parking is an issue. Depending on the day of travel, the hotel does not always have space for all guests to park.

Absolutely fantastic location, close to lots of fab restaurants and the main part of town. Felt very safe here and it was so clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the reception staff were very accommodating booking us taxis. We loved it so much we stayed another night. Excellent value for money, comfy beds and extremely clean rooms. As other reviews mention it can be a little louder at night with music from the bar next door but this is no problem if you have earplugs. Would 100% recommend. We also enjoyed being able to sunbathe by the pool, was a great sun trap for most of the day!

Took one mark off due to showers not being very hot or strong. But very minor in comparison to everything we gained.
