Very nice apparthotel, with all the necessary amenities. nice view from balcony and access to the pool. Not far from the famous Cabo Negro beach. Also free parking available on site.

it's not very close to the beach but you can easily find taxi that will drive you to the beach with 10 dh in less than 3 minutes , room have dishes and fridge if you stay longer also there is a cooker and table and chairs if you plan on cooking and staying with family or friends. very friendly and professional staff members. there was ac , tv , hill view and ocean view (not beach view)
the curtains in the bathroom were super dirty , there was a weird smell in the bed and pillows like strong old mold , fridge had old rotten food from previous clients.

No one helps at the reception because the apartment sevices are NON of theirs business!!! Theirs answear is ,they give you number to contact and they don't seems interstate to your problems neither your questions The swimming pool is GOOD,that's all NO SOUL

Location is good and swimming pool was nice for kids.
Room has no hand wash and a bit of left over toilet paper. When checking in I was asked by the manager if I needed towels so I asked for 3 towels in each room as I had booked 2 rooms and we were 3 adults and 3 children, he said no it was too much, then he gave me 4 old towels in total that were covered in bleach marks for a 5 night stay. Beds were uncomfortable and room was not up to standard, the room is worn out and needs renovation. Air Con needs maintenance. All the appliances need to be changed they are old and dirty. They need to invest some money in the property if they want customer’s to come back. Please please avoid this place it is not worth the money. It is not an apart-hotel as it has no washing machine all appliances are dirty and utensils are filthy, so you can’t use them. We had originally booked 5 nights but left early because we couldn’t continue our stay there because of all the above.
